The outdoor spaces include a spacious equipped veranda, a 500 square meter private garden adorned with palm trees and Mediterranean plants, as well as a barbecue area complete with a Weber grill. The state-of-the-art pool is surrounded by a sun terrace with lounge chairs and cozy seating, making it an ideal spot for outdoor relaxation. There are three reserved indoor parking spaces available.
The interiors, recently renovated, span two levels and exude a warm and inviting atmosphere, thanks to the rustic-style furnishings featuring original pieces from late 20th-century Sicilian craftsmanship. The villa comprises five bedrooms (three double rooms, one twin, and one single), with the option to add a single bed in two of the three double rooms. Additionally, a crib, high chair, and baby sterilizer can be requested.
The spacious living area is equipped with a comfortable sofa bed and a Smart TV that provides access to major streaming services (Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+). The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, and electric oven.
Guests can enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and heating in the living room and bedrooms. The villa features two bathrooms with showers, ensuring comfort and practicality.
