Description

Villa Giò is located in Punta arm which is a coastal village in the province of Ragusa on the Mediterranean coast, namely overlooking the bay of Torre Vigliena.

The Villa has spacious rooms, each about 23 square meters, all with sea view and equipped with private bathroom in the service of the chamber and independent air conditioning. Also there is a large kitchen for the guests inside.

Outside the villa is surrounded by a garden with typical Mediterranean vegetation, where you can have breakfast in the shade of a characteristic pagoda or even try, for the most willing, to do with barbecue grill outdoor kitchen.

There is a large sun terrace overlooking the sea and, for those who prefer privacy, there is also a large sun terrace all located above the bay villa. La Vigliena which overlooks Villa Gio is characterized by a large flat rock rising for a few cm of the sea, creating a natural solarium "on the water" thus giving easy access to the sea bathers. Moreover, from a distance of approximately 250 meters, along the Gulf state property leads to the golden beach of the enchanting Punta arm, open access. This leaves only the embarrassment of being able to choose between the rocks and sand.

We offer our guests a free sun bed and umbrella on the beach a few meters from the Villa.

Welcome to Villa Giò, located in Punta Braccetto, a charming seaside town in the province of Ragusa on the Mediterranean coast. The villa overlooks the bay at the Rocca della Torre Vigliena, a 15th-century coastal tower that once served as a defense tower and has stunning visual contact with the nearby Mezzo Tower and Scalambri Tower in Punta Secca.

Our villa boasts spacious rooms of approximately 23 square meters, each with a private bathroom and air conditioning. Guests can enjoy a shared living room with sea views and a large kitchen. Outside, the villa is surrounded by a garden with typical Mediterranean vegetation, perfect for breakfast or a barbecue using our outdoor grill.

Relax on our large solarium that overlooks the sea, or head up to the terrace for even more sunbathing opportunities. The Vigliena bay, where the villa is located, has a large flat shelf that rises just a few centimeters above the sea, creating a natural solarium and easy access to the water. For those who prefer sand, the enchanting golden beach of Punta Braccetto is just a 250-meter walk away via a public path.

Villa Giò is open from May 1st to October 31st. We look forward to welcoming you!

An island of tranquility, nestled on a rocky beach, very comfortable for swimming and sunbathing. Lorenzo, exquisite and caring host, has excellent advice for any question and makes you feel like family. Postcard-worthy panoramas and sunsets, extremely comfortable and spotless rooms, all facing the sea. The B&B is perfect for those seeking relaxation and is very close to places to visit and nightlife spots. I recommend it, worth trying. Thank you Lorenzo.

Availability and courtesy of the manager and owner Lorenzo Cali, in a magical setting. Spacious and clean rooms with breathtaking views of the sunsets. Very close to a wonderful rocky sea and an easily accessible equipped beach, including umbrella and sunbeds included in the price. Places to visit and enjoy nearby and of good quality. A place we will return to.
