Description

Villa Clarenza is a spacious country house situated at the foothills of Mount Etna, recently renovated and tastefully furnished in a contemporary style. Spanning 300 square meters indoors and featuring a large private garden of 2000 square meters, the villa provides well-kept and comfortable spaces in a secluded environment, accessible via a private road. The interiors are equipped with designer furnishings and modern appliances, including a 65-inch TV with Sky and Netflix, as well as high-speed Wi-Fi.

Outside, guests can unwind on the three patio terraces or take a dip in the private 9-meter swimming pool, surrounded by an elegant area crafted with authentic sea pebbles. The garden, dotted with fruit trees, features a charming pond with water lilies and a lava stone basin with fish. Under the portico, there is a second kitchen equipped with a wood-fired pizza oven and a masonry barbecue, along with a portable enclosed barbecue for outdoor dining.

The garage accommodates two cars, but additional parking is available inside the gate. The villa is located in San Pietro Clarenza, a peaceful residential area 450 meters above sea level, just 400 meters from the town center, where all essential services can be found. The location is ideal for exploring the region: Catania is 10 km away, Mount Etna is 23 km away, Acicastello is 13 km away, Etnaland is 11 km away, the highways are 5 km away, Taormina is 43 km away, and the Sicily Outlet Village is 61 km away.
