Villa Martius is an ancient Sicilian village from the 18th century, which previously housed a quarry for the extraction and cutting of tuff stone, a material used for constructing local buildings. Today, the estate retains the allure of its history, with a natural landscape that unfolds like a sunlit amphitheater.
The unique terrain, enriched with limestone from fossilized shell fragments, makes this area perfect for vineyard cultivation, producing high-quality must grapes. Alongside the vineyards, you can find centuries-old olive trees and a large lemon garden, which together create an authentic representation of Sicilian countryside.
Within the property, there is also a space dedicated to the art of terracotta, showcasing the local artisan tradition that complements the agricultural focus of the village.
The location of the property is particularly advantageous: it is situated in the province of Messina, just 8 km from the Milazzo highway exit, which serves as a departure point for the Aeolian Islands, heading towards Messina at the San Pier Niceto junction.
