Description
Welcome to "Perla Marina" Bed and Breakfast, located in Marina di Ragusa, just six hundred meters from the sea. This elegant structure is embellished with high-quality finishes and features a spacious reception area, three spacious and elegant bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, and a large panoramic veranda overlooking the sea.

At "Perla Marina," we offer our guests the perfect combination of comfort and relaxation in a harmonious blend of sea and art. Our rooms are tastefully decorated in a classic Mediterranean style, complete with a spacious wardrobe, air conditioning, equipped bathroom, TV, fridge, and personal safe. Please note that pets are not allowed on our premises.

We serve a delicious breakfast to start your day before heading out to explore the many attractions and activities that Marina di Ragusa has to offer. Whether you enjoy a stroll along the beautiful beach or a visit to the nearby Donnafugata Castle, Punta Secca fishing village, or the setting of the famous "Commissario Montalbano" TV series, there is something for everyone.

Just a short distance away, you can visit the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Ragusa Ibla, the stunning Ragusa countryside with its olive groves and carob trees, and the charming ancient farmhouses and dry stone walls that dot the landscape.

Getting here is easy. If you arrive by plane, you can rent a car at Catania Fontanarossa Airport or take the Catania-Ragusa bus and then change to the bus for Marina di Ragusa at Ragusa Station. If you come by car, take the provincial road from Catania to Ragusa and then the provincial road to Marina di Ragusa. If you prefer to travel by sea, you can take a cruise from Naples to Catania or from Genoa or Livorno to Palermo, combining a small cruise with the convenience of having your car with you.

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

The penalty varies depending on the time of cancellation
- from time of booking to 29 days before the check-in date, no penalty is charged;
- from 28 to 14 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 50% of the total cost of the booking;
- from 13 to 10 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 70% of the total cost of the booking;
- from 9 to 1 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking;
- A penalty of 100% of the entire cost of the stay is applied for failure to show or cancellation on day of arrival;

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Highly recommended for impeccable hospitality and cleanliness. Excellent breakfast and easily reachable on foot. Close to services: supermarket, post office, and tobacco shop. Also close to the dance club of the evening entertainment. Great for families as well. The highlight of the structure is the breakfast served on the veranda, where you can enjoy the beautiful sea view. I will definitely come back.

We stayed for two nights at this splendid Bed and Breakfast, the room was very large and spotless, excellent breakfast but a 10 out of 10 for the hospitality of Mrs. Carmela. It felt like being at home. Highly recommended.

If you want to stay in a quiet place, in contact with nature and with friendly and kind people, this is the right place. The only flaw is the location, but the center is easily reachable by car in 4-5 minutes. I would definitely come back. Impeccable cleanliness.

Our stay was very pleasant. The property is located in a peaceful area, although a car is needed to reach the city center. Mrs. Carmela is a very affable and helpful person. The breakfast, on a splendid terrace, is plentiful. I highly recommend it.

Stayed for a week with my partner. We had a great time. Spacious, clean rooms, structure located near essential services and less than 1 km from the sea. But above all, Mrs. Carmela, very kind and hospitable, always available for any need or indication. A structure, that if someday I returned to this corner of Sicily, I will happily return.

B&b accogliente e molto pulito, situato in zona tranquilla, a solo due minuti di macchina dal centro di Marina, ottima posizione anche per visitare le località vicine. Il B&B si trova in una posizione comoda rispetto al centro e al lungomare, volendo raggiungibili anche a piedi. È una villa carina e tranquilla. Molto ma veramente molto pulito, spazioso e ben arredato con un piccolo terrazzino per potersi rilassare. La signora è una persona simpatica e chiacchierona con cui è possibile parlare, ridere e scherzare. È molto presente durante la colazione è qualcuno potrebbe anche non gradire ma la signora considera i suoi ospiti come persone di famiglia. Da tornarci sicuramente.

Il B&B è curato nei dettagli di arredo, è moderno e confortevole. È tutto pulitissimo. La posizione è abbastanza vicina al mare, che si vede dal bel terrazzino ed è una zona tranquilla dove si può riposare senza essere disturbati. La signora è molto disponibile, socievole, è piacevole fare una chiacchierata durante la colazione sui luoghi che si vogliono visitare. La colazione non è abbondante. È un posto dove si ritorna volentieri.

Ho soggiornato presso Hotel Perla Marina ad agosto insieme ad una coppia di amici. Il soggiorno é stato piacevole, la struttura è molto semplice, curata però nei dettagli, pulita e sempre ordinata. É vicina sia al mare che al centro di Marina di Ragusa. 5 minuti in macchina. La signora Carmela é stata davvero molto gentile e disponibile. Consigliato. Laura da Milano.

La struttura è nuovissima con camere pulite e arredate tutte con stile. Ottima la colazione e abbondante. Luogo fornito di una terrazza con vista mare spettacolare. Il mare è raggiungibile anche a piedi, anche se la strada inizialmente è un po' isolata probabilmente penalizzati coppie con figli piccoli. Comunque non poco distante c'è un parcheggio dove lasciare l'auto per andare al mare. Infine, la proprietaria, persona squisitissima, ci ha consigliato alcuni posti ottimi dove andare a mangiare la sera. Complimenti per tutto. 10 e lode.
