Cozy three-room apartment on the ground floor with a private entrance, located in the town center. Recently renovated, it’s the perfect place for a relaxing holiday just a short walk from the sea.

Managed directly by the owners, the apartment includes:
- Two bedrooms (one double and one twin),

- Separate fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, oven, fridge, dishes, etc.),
- Bathroom with shower (no bidet).

Although not air-conditioned, (In the installation phase, ready from June 2025 onwards) the apartment is comfortable thanks to ceiling fans with independent controls.
