We are a couple in our forties with two children who often travel for vacation, trying out different accommodation options available in the market. From these experiences, the passion for creating our own structure was born - the ideal solution for those who want to go on vacation without spending too much money and be free to manage themselves without any restrictions or pre-established schedules.
All the accommodations have been furnished and taken care of in the smallest details to offer you the maximum comfort with an excellent value for money. The accessories that you will find at your disposal will ensure a worry-free vacation.
For families, we offer a free crib for your children. All the rooms are air-conditioned, with a hairdryer in the bathroom, a washing machine on the veranda, a reserved parking space, bed linens included, and bath towels available on request.
We personally manage reservations, cleaning and preparation of the accommodations, welcome guests upon arrival, deliver keys, and provide constant assistance throughout the stay. All of this provides security and value to your vacation.

Greetings and thanks to the managers of this wonderful apartment just a few meters from the sea. The apartment is spacious, comfortable, cool, and above all clean. My family and I spent a wonderful week full of fun and relaxation, thanks to the strategic location of this property, located on the outskirts of Milazzo, therefore away from the hustle and bustle of the city center, but at the same time just a few meters from the enchanting west beach. The courtesy, availability, and hospitality of the managers framed our holidays! I hope to return as soon as possible.

Here we are again at Pietro and Loredana's for the fifth time, by now they are our point of reference, the best vacation home at a price that can't get any lower.\n\nEvery year for our holidays we do our best to go visit them.\nBy now Sebastiano and I have fallen in love with Milazzo, its crystalline sea, its venues, the promenade, Capo Milazzo, the castle, etc.\n\nAnd our base is precisely the vacation home of Pietro and Loredana.\n\nComfortable, clean and fully equipped apartments with spacious air-conditioned spaces, with very convenient parking dedicated to the structure.\n\nWhat we especially like is the courtesy, kindness, availability, and the friendship that Pietro and Loredana give to their guests, making us feel at home.

Found by chance on the web, this structure was truly a surprise: very kind and helpful managers for every request, quiet location and a short distance from the sea. Extremely clean, welcoming, and well-equipped apartment. It will certainly be our reference point for the next holidays. Highly recommended.

Clean apartment, it's the first time in two decades that my wife doesn't rewash everything, including the toilets. Strategic location, in two weeks, optimizing movements, we managed to visit: Taormina, Cefalù, Etna (and in the afternoon Gole di Alcantara), Laghetti di Marinello (and in the evening Montalbano Elicona, the most beautiful village in Italy 2015), Capo d'Orlando (sea not to be missed), Patti, Grotte di Mongiove. With better organization we could have done much more (we didn't visit the Aeolian Islands) but we wanted to enjoy the sea of Tono (nearby) that deserves repeated "visits". Highly recommended.

My husband and I have been spending our holidays at Catalpietro Vacation Home for years, and last summer I also brought my sister and brother-in-law to let them discover Sicily, and they also had a great time. Over the years, we have "tried" all the apartments, both the one-bedroom and the larger apartments, all very clean and equipped (air conditioning, iron, washing machine, fridge, and TV) with a large balcony for eating outdoors for lunch and dinner. There is also a parking space at the back in the courtyard. Our favorite apartment is the one on the ground floor with a private exit to the courtyard. The apartment is outside Milazzo in the Calderà district, it is a quiet place with a few shops (mini-market, pharmacy, newsstand, butcher) served by restaurants and several bars where you can enjoy a fantastic coffee granita with whipped cream and brioche. To move around, a car is necessary. Every day you can buy fresh fish and vegetables directly from the farmer. There are no parking issues, and the free beach, although not very "clean", is splendid with kilometers and kilometers of beach with crystal clear sea in front of the Aeolian Islands panorama. Recommended for those who want to spend a quiet beach holiday. Excellent location to visit the beauties of Sicily including Milazzo, the islands, Taormina, and Messina.

Excellent location from all points of view, I have stayed at Catalpietro Casavacanze many times both for holidays and for work and I must say that it has all the features for a peaceful stay in a strategic location, easy to reach, a stone's throw from the sea.

I stayed with my family, 3 adults and two children. We had a good time, our apartment was on the first floor, we had a terrace ideal for eating outdoors for both lunch and dinner. The apartment is almost new, excellent mattresses and excellent air conditioning, everything perfect. The parking space at the back is convenient and the whole area is video monitored. The owners are very kind and respect privacy. It is a bit outside Milazzo for those who need like me to commute with their relatives' houses, but at least I never had the problem of looking for a parking space. It is necessary to bear in mind that like in all places in summer there are mosquitoes, few but they are there, I dealt with them as I do at my home with the burners. If I have to say, just one thing, solvable, the window in the living room illuminates it from dawn and it becomes difficult to continue sleeping. However, I obscured it from the outside with beach towels. Definitely worth considering, knowing many other offers in Milazzo, it is better in terms of quality/price.

It is already the third consecutive year that we stay here with pleasure and satisfaction. Very comfortable apartment equipped with everything necessary. This is the third time I come on vacation to Milazzo and since the first time I continue to choose the vacation home of Pietro and Loredana who with kindness, availability and honesty provide me with a charming location very close to the sea. The sea can be reached on foot, the center can be reached in a few minutes by car. It is difficult, if not impossible, to find the same comforts at the same price. There will be a fourth time.

This is not the first time I stay with Pietro and Loredana. When I return to Sicily it is a fixed, safe and fundamental stop. The accommodations, I have already stayed in two different ones, are of exceptional quality in terms of structure and cleanliness, unmatchable in the holiday home world. There is everything, there is really everything, and furthermore, the courtesy and genuineness of Pietro and his wife Loredana make you feel at ease right from the start, in a position to signal with a smile if something is wrong. But, believe me, there is absolutely nothing to complain about regarding the stay with them. It is useful to have a means of transport, but if you are a bit athletic it can also be sufficient to move around by bicycle. The sea is really just a step away and a couple of kilometers away there are centers with everything you might need (pharmacy, bank, supermarket, pastry shop, church, promenade, newsagent, fresh fish on the road and whatever else you can think of). What else can I say? I will return at the first opportunity.
