We are a couple in our forties with two children who often travel for vacation, trying out different accommodation options available in the market. From these experiences, the passion for creating our own structure was born - the ideal solution for those who want to go on vacation without spending too much money and be free to manage themselves without any restrictions or pre-established schedules.
All the accommodations have been furnished and taken care of in the smallest details to offer you the maximum comfort with an excellent value for money. The accessories that you will find at your disposal will ensure a worry-free vacation.
For families, we offer a free crib for your children. All the rooms are air-conditioned, with a hairdryer in the bathroom, a washing machine on the veranda, a reserved parking space, bed linens included, and bath towels available on request.
We personally manage reservations, cleaning and preparation of the accommodations, welcome guests upon arrival, deliver keys, and provide constant assistance throughout the stay. All of this provides security and value to your vacation.

Un saluto e un grazie ai gestori di questo meraviglioso appartamento a pochi metri dal mare. Appartamento, ampio, confortevole, fresco e soprattutto pulito. Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo trascorso una splendida settimana all'insegna del divertimento e del relax, grazie alla posizione strategica di questa struttura, situata all'estrema periferia di Milazzo, quindi lontano dalla confusione del centro urbano, ma allo stesso tempo a pochi metri dall'incantevole spiaggia di ponente. La cortesia, la disponibilità e l'ospitalità dei gestori hanno fatto da cornice alle nostre vacanze! Spero di poter tornare al più presto.

Rieccoci da Pietro e Loredana per la quinta volta, ormai sono il nostro punto di riferimento, la miglior casa vacanza ad un prezzo che più basso non si può.
Ogni anno per le nostre vacanze facciamo il possibile per andarli a trovare.
Ormai io e Sebastiano ci siamo innamorati di Milazzo, del suo mare cristallino, dei suoi locali, del lungomare, di Capo Milazzo del castello etc.
E la nostra base di appoggio è proprio la casa vacanza di Pietro e Loredana.
Confortevoli appartamenti puliti ed attrezzati di tutto con ampi spazi climatizzati, con comodissimi parcheggi dedicati alla struttura.
Quello che soprattutto ci piace è la cortesia la gentilezza la disponibilità e l'amicizia che Pietro e Loredana donano ai loro ospiti che ci fanno sentire a casa nostra.

Trovata per caso sul web, questa struttura è stata davvero una sorpresa: gestori gentilissimi e disponibili ad ogni richiesta, posizione tranquilla e a poca distanza dal mare. Appartamento pulitissimo, accogliente e accessoriato. Sarà senza dubbio il nostro punto di riferimento per le prossime vacanze. Consigliatissimo.

Appartamento pulito, è la prima volta in due decenni che mia moglie non lava tutto di nuovo, servizi igienici compresi. Posizione strategica, in due settimane, ottimizzando gli spostamenti, siamo riusciti a visitare: Taormina, Cefalù, Etna (e nel pomeriggio Gole di Alcantara), Laghetti di Marinello (ed in serata Montalbano Elicona, più bel borgo d'Italia 2015), Capo d'Orlando (mare da non perdere), Patti, Grotte di Mongiove. Con una migliore organizzazione avremmo potuto fare molto di più (non abbiamo visitato le Eolie) ma abbiamo voluto goderci il mare del Tono (nelle vicinanze) che merita ripetute "visite". Consigliatissimo.

Io e mio marito sono anni che trascorriamo le ferie presso Casavacanze Catalpietro e la scorsa estate ho portato anche mia sorella e mio cognato per fargli conoscere la Sicilia e si sono trovati anche loro benissimo.
Nel corso degli anni abbiamo "provato" tutti gli appartamenti sia il bilocale che gli appartamenti più grandi, tutti pulitissimi e attrezzati (aria condizionata, ferro da stiro, lavatrice, frigo e TV) e con ampio terrazzino per mangiare all'aperto a pranzo e a cena. È anche disponibile il posto auto sul retro nel cortile. Il nostro appartamento preferito è quello a piano terra con uscita privata sul cortile.
L'appartamento è fuori Milazzo nella frazione Calderà, è un posto tranquillo con pochi negozi (minimarket farmacia edicola macellaio) servito da ristoranti e diversi bar in cui mangiare una fantastica granita caffè con panna e brioches). Per spostarsi è necessaria l'automobile. Tutti i giorni è possibile comprare pesce fresco e verdura direttamente dal contadino. Non c'è nessun problema di parcheggio e la spiaggia libera, anche se non "pulitissima", è splendida km e km di spiaggia con mare cristallino davanti al panorama delle Eolie. Consigliato a tutti quelli che vogliono trascorrere una vacanza tranquilla a mare. Posizione ottima per visitare le bellezze della Sicilia tra cui Milazzo, isole, Taormina Messina.

Ottima location sotto tutti i punti di vista, ho soggiornato presso la struttura tantissime volte sia per vacanze che per lavoro e devo dire che a tutte le carte in regola per un soggiorno tranquillo in una posizione strategica, facile da raggiungere, a due passi dal mare.

Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia, 3 adulti e due bambini.
Ci siamo trovati bene, il nostro appartamento era al primo piano, avevamo un terrazzino ideale per mangiare all'aperto sia a pranzo che a cena. L'appartamento è quasi nuovo, materassi ottimi e ottima l'aria condizionata, tutto perfetto. Il posto macchina sul retro è comodo e tutta l'area è video sorvegliata.
I proprietari sono molto gentili e rispettano la privacy. È un pochino fuori Milazzo per chi ha necessità come me di fare la spola con le case dei parenti, ma almeno non ho mai avuto il problema di cercare un parcheggio. Occorre tenere presente che come in tutti i posti in estate ci sono zanzare, poche ma ci sono, io ho rimediato come a casa mia con i fornelletti. Se devo dire, solo un fatto, risolvibile, la vetrata in salone lo illumina dall'alba e riesce difficile continuare a dormire. Comunque la ho offuscata da fuori con dei teli da mare. Sicuramente da tenere presente, conoscendo molte altre offerte su Milazzo, è migliore come qualità/prezzo.

E' già il terzo anno consecutivo che vi soggiorniamo con piacere e soddisfazione.
Appartamento molto confortevole dotato di tutto il necessario.
La cortesia e la disponibilità dei gestori sono al di sopra della media.
E' situato vicino al mare, mentre il centro si raggiunge in pochi minuti con qualsiasi mezzo.
Lo consigliamo a famiglie con bambini.

È la terza volta che vengo in vacanza a Milazzo e dalla prima volta continuo a scegliere la casa vacanza di Pietro e Loredana che con cordialità disponibilità ed onestà mettono a mia disposizione un'incantevole location vicinissima al mare. IL mare si può raggiungere a piedi, al centro si arriva in pochi minuti in auto. Difficile, se non impossibile, trovare gli stessi comfort allo stesso prezzo, non mancherà una quarta volta.

Non è la prima volta che soggiorno da Pietro e Loredana, quando torno in Sicilia è tappa fissa, sicura e fondamentale. Gli alloggi, ho già soggiornato in due diversi, sono per struttura e pulizia di qualità eccezionale, introvabili nel mondo delle case-vacanze. Tutto, c'è proprio tutto, ed inoltre la cortesia e la genuinità di Pietro e di sua moglie Loredana ti mettono a tuo agio fin da subito, in condizione di segnalare con il sorriso se qualcosa non va. Ma, credetemi, non c'è proprio nulla a che ridire sul soggiorno presso di Loro.
È utile avere un mezzo di trasporto, ma se si è un po' ginnici può anche essere sufficiente muoversi in bicicletta. Il mare è veramente ad un passo e ad un paio di km ci sono centri con tutto ciò di cui si può aver bisogno (farmacia banca supermarket pasticceria chiesa passeggiata lungomare giornalaio pesce fresco sulla strada e chi più ne ha più ne metta). Che dire ancora? Ritornerò alla prima occasione.
