Hello, my name is Nicola and together with my family, we manage this small Bed and Breakfast in Portopalo di Capo Passero.

Our property is located in the center of Portopalo, within walking distance to bars, restaurants, pharmacies, grocery stores, shops, and more.

Parking is free and easy, all my guests park under the structure or in the immediate vicinity.

The nearest sea is a 5-minute walk from the property, the beach of Scalo Mandria (in front of the island of Capo Passero).

All rooms are very bright and have balconies.

The following services are included in the price:
- Air conditioning
- Mini-fridge in the room
- Bed and bath linen
- Disposable soaps
- Hairdryer
- Clothesline.

Room cleaning and sanitization is daily.

Bed linen is changed after the third night.

Breakfast is not included, but water and coffee are always available to guests.

Check-out on the last day is at 10 am to allow us to clean and sanitize safely.

We have two different solutions:
Double rooms with a private bathroom, ideal for couples or friends.

Two double rooms with a private bathroom, ideal for families or groups of friends.

All perfect! New, very clean, central and very convenient structure to move around easily even on foot. The room, very clean and cozy with a balcony overlooking the main street. Although breakfast is not included, a coffee machine was made available to guests. Thanks to Nicola who was very kind and extremely helpful, both during the booking phase, at check-in and during the stay. Highly recommended!

We stayed at this B&B Terra Nobile for a week, everything was perfect, new structure with daily cleaning, centrally located but no parking issues, if you need to stay in these areas I recommend not looking elsewhere, especially for the availability of the managers, namely Nicola and his family, lovely and professional people, they gave us valuable advice to make the most of our vacation. The B&B Terra Nobile is located in the center of Portopalo, everything is within walking distance, from bars to restaurants. Parking is free and above all it's very easy to find it right in front of the house. The room we stayed in was very clean and the host, Nicola, was very kind and always available for any request. The B&B is also in a strategic position, as there are beautiful beaches just a few kilometers away, including Isola di Capo Passero, Marzamemi, San Lorenzo (Vendicari). I highly recommend it for those looking for relaxation and a dreamy sea.

Fantastic Portopalo, we relaxed a lot! B&B Terra Nobile centrally located and very clean rooms with daily sanitization. Owners are helpful and friendly, they recommended a less known beach nearby and we fell in love with that bay. Can't wait to go back to Portopalo, thanks to Mr. Franco.

This year, for the summer holidays, I decided to make a stop in Sicily, specifically in Portopalo di Capo Passero, located in a strategic position - just a few kilometers from the main places of interest such as the Vendicari Nature Reserve, the island of Correnti, San Lorenzo, Marzamemi, etc... After reading various reviews on different facilities, I decided to book at B&B Terra Nobile. A very successful choice from all points of view: impeccably clean and spacious room with a balcony overlooking the main street, added to the kindness, attention, and disarming availability of the managers, especially Nicola, make B&B Terra Nobile my reference point in Portopalo di Capopassero. We stayed at the B&B Terra Nobile from August 12th to 16th and I want to start the review by talking about the property: very central location on the main street of PortoPalo with the possibility to reach the beach on foot; it does not have a private parking but it was never difficult to find it near the B&B. The property is new and cared for in every detail: impeccable cleanliness with well-furnished rooms that are cleaned daily, air conditioning, a small balcony with a clothesline for daily laundry, refrigerator and everything needed for a pleasant stay. Breakfast is served at the bar under the B&B with the delivery of a voucher for every day of the stay: very cute and kind team, who never had a problem with an extra coffee or some changes to the planned breakfast. Let's move on to the owners of the B&B... Rosalba and Mr. Franco perform their work excellently, ready to meet every customer's request. But it's not just a matter of professionalism, they go beyond, they are exceptional... Rosalba is a fantastic person, always with a smile, of a kindness and friendliness that goes beyond the role to be played, with whom it was really pleasant to chat in front of a good granita (thanks again for both the cannoli and the washing machine:). What can I say? We have promised ourselves to return to PortoPalo just to stay with Rosalba again! Angela and Paolo.

I stayed at this property for two days but I will definitely come back because I was thrilled with the cleanliness, the kindness of the owners, and the excellent location. Nicola not only welcomes you very well but also helps you in every way to spend the holiday in complete serenity, providing you with directions and pointing out the best places and the most beautiful places in the area. Good morning, I stayed at 'B&B Terra Nobile' for 4 days, I rated everything 10 except for the breakfast which is served at the bar below, the managers are not very friendly, but it has absolutely nothing to do with the B&B managers, they are wonderful. The cleanliness is exaggerated, impeccable, comfortable, fresh, nothing is missing. The location is strategic, in the center. I absolutely recommend it and I would return tomorrow.

I spent a few days in Portopalo at the really welcoming B&B Terra Nobile. The room was cleaned every day and in the morning, breakfast with granita and brioche like a true Sicilian. Rosalba and Franco, the owners, very kind and helpful, comfortable and pleasant environment, excellent hospitality. B&B Terra Nobile has a great location to visit the surroundings. Not at all unpleasant to go down to the bar for breakfast, quite the opposite. Very pleasant to take a short walk in the morning, but it's really just a short walk. And the boys at the bar are very kind and hospitable. Thank you Rosalba and Franco, we had a great time and will definitely contact you again if we come back to that area. In the meantime, I will definitely recommend your B&B to my friends.

Right in the historic center of Portopalo, 250 meters from the beautiful island of Capopassero, 10 minutes from the island of currents and 10 minutes from Marzamemi, this really well-kept, new, clean little apartment with all the comforts, along with friendly and approachable managers. I will definitely return. Highly recommended.
