Description

Hello, my name is Nicola and together with my family, we manage this small Bed and Breakfast in Portopalo di Capo Passero.

Our property is located in the center of Portopalo, within walking distance to bars, restaurants, pharmacies, grocery stores, shops, and more.

Parking is free and easy, all my guests park under the structure or in the immediate vicinity.

The nearest sea is a 5-minute walk from the property, the beach of Scalo Mandria (in front of the island of Capo Passero).

All rooms are very bright and have balconies.

The following services are included in the price:
- Air conditioning
- Mini-fridge in the room
- Bed and bath linen
- Disposable soaps
- Hairdryer
- Clothesline.

Room cleaning and sanitization is daily.

Bed linen is changed after the third night.

Breakfast is not included, but water and coffee are always available to guests.

Check-out on the last day is at 10 am to allow us to clean and sanitize safely.

We have two different solutions:
Double rooms with a private bathroom, ideal for couples or friends.

Two double rooms with a private bathroom, ideal for families or groups of friends.

We spent 10 days at the property and we were quite satisfied. The managers are very friendly and helpful people who accommodated our requests and also gave us advice on where to eat at the restaurant. However, in Porto Palo you eat well practically everywhere. The location of B&B Terra Nobile is good but a bit noisy due to the bars below the balconies. I would add a hook for the bathrobe in the bathroom. There was no breakfast but maybe they could make an agreement with the nearby bars.

We stayed at this B&B Terra Nobile for a week, everything was perfect, new structure with daily cleaning, centrally located but no parking issues, if you need to stay in these areas I recommend not looking elsewhere, especially for the availability of the managers, namely Nicola and his family, lovely and professional people, they gave us valuable advice to make the most of our vacation. Place very close to the main road where there are bars and restaurants about 800 meters from the sea. The manager Nicola very helpful. We will be back.

New structure and meticulous cleaning. Basically you are in the center of Portopalo and you don't even need to use the car. In the evening, the center comes to life with a pedestrian island, music, bars and restaurants. Room small enough for a stay of relaxation and fun. The managers are very kind and helpful people. Mr. Nicola is also an excellent guide to the place, he knows how to give good advice on places to visit and also where to go to enjoy a great fish dish. Place to revisit, 3 days are too few.

The B&B Terra Nobile is located in the center of Portopalo, everything is within walking distance, from bars to restaurants. Parking is free and above all it's very easy to find it right in front of the house. The room we stayed in was very clean and the host, Nicola, was very kind and always available for any request. The B&B is also in a strategic position, as there are beautiful beaches just a few kilometers away, including Isola di Capo Passero, Marzamemi, San Lorenzo (Vendicari). I highly recommend it for those looking for relaxation and a dreamy sea.

Fantastic Portopalo, we relaxed a lot! B&B Terra Nobile centrally located and very clean rooms with daily sanitization. Owners are helpful and friendly, they recommended a less known beach nearby and we fell in love with that bay. Can't wait to go back to Portopalo, thanks to Mr. Franco.

This year, for the summer holidays, I decided to make a stop in Sicily, specifically in Portopalo di Capo Passero, located in a strategic position - just a few kilometers from the main places of interest such as the Vendicari Nature Reserve, the island of Correnti, San Lorenzo, Marzamemi, etc... After reading various reviews on different facilities, I decided to book at B&B Terra Nobile. A very successful choice from all points of view: impeccably clean and spacious room with a balcony overlooking the main street, added to the kindness, attention, and disarming availability of the managers, especially Nicola, make B&B Terra Nobile my reference point in Portopalo di Capopassero. Highly recommended.

We stayed at the B&B Terra Nobile from August 12th to 16th and I want to start the review by talking about the property: very central location on the main street of PortoPalo with the possibility to reach the beach on foot; it does not have a private parking but it was never difficult to find it near the B&B. The property is new and cared for in every detail: impeccable cleanliness with well-furnished rooms that are cleaned daily, air conditioning, a small balcony with a clothesline for daily laundry, refrigerator and everything needed for a pleasant stay. Breakfast is served at the bar under the B&B with the delivery of a voucher for every day of the stay: very cute and kind team, who never had a problem with an extra coffee or some changes to the planned breakfast. Let's move on to the owners of the B&B... Rosalba and Mr. Franco perform their work excellently, ready to meet every customer's request. But it's not just a matter of professionalism, they go beyond, they are exceptional... Rosalba is a fantastic person, always with a smile, of a kindness and friendliness that goes beyond the role to be played, with whom it was really pleasant to chat in front of a good granita (thanks again for both the cannoli and the washing machine:). What can I say? We have promised ourselves to return to PortoPalo just to stay with Rosalba again! Angela and Paolo.

Ho soggiornato in questa struttura per due giorni ma tornerò sicuramente xché sono rimasta entusiasta della pulizia, della gentilezza dei proprietari e dell'ottima posizione. Nicola non solo ti accoglie molto bene ma ti aiuta in tutti i modi per poter trascorrere la vacanza in completa serenità, fornendoti indicazioni stradali e indicando i migliori locali e i luoghi più belli della zona. Non so cosa si può volere di più da un B&B!

Buongiorno sono stata in questa struttura meravigliosa per 4 giorni, ho dato 10 a tutto tranne alla colazione che si fa al bar sotto, i gestori non sono molto cordiali, ma non c’entra assolutamente con i gestori del B&B, loro sono meravigliosi. La pulizia è esagerata, impeccabile, comodo, fresco, non manca nulla. Il posto è strategico, in centro. Lo consiglio assolutamente e ci tornerei anche domani.

Ho trascorso qualche giorno a Portopalo in questo B&B davvero accogliente. Tutti i giorni veniva pulita la camera e la mattina colazione con granita e brioche da vera siciliana. I gestori davvero gentili e cordiali, mi hanno anche prestato un ombrellone per il mare. Sicuramente da consigliare. Grazie, ci vedremo sicuramente la prossima estate. Laura.

Camera confortevole, pulizia impeccabile. Posizione centrale, a pochi minuti dalla spiaggia, raggiungibile a piedi, l'ideale se la sera si vuole andare a cena senza usare l'auto. Massima disponibilità del proprietario anche nella soluzione di piccoli inconvenienti quotidiani di chi è fuori casa. L'ideale per chi voglia fare vacanze al mare in assoluto relax.

Rosalba e Franco, i titolari, molto gentili e disponibili, ambiente comodo e gradevole, ospitalità ottima. Il B&B ha un'ottima posizione per visitare i dintorni. Per niente spiacevole scendere al bar a fare colazione, anzi. Piacevolissimo fare due passi la mattina, ma proprio di due passi si tratta. E anche i ragazzi del bar gentilissimi e molto ospitali. Grazie Rosalba e Franco, ci siamo trovati molto bene e sicuramente vi contatteremo ancora se dovessimo tornare da quelle parti. Nel frattempo consiglierò sicuramente il vostro B&B ai miei amici.

I proprietari sono molti gentili, la posizione favorisce gli spostamenti a piedi alla spiaggia di Capo Pasero, ottima la soluzione per chi vuole permanere di più al mare (borsa frigo con ghiaccio fornita dai proprietari).

Proprio sul centro storico di Portopalo, a 250 metri dalla splendida isola di Capopassero, a 10minuti dall'isola delle correnti e a 10 minuti da Marzamemi, questo appartamentino davvero ben tenuto, nuovo, pulito e con tutti i confort, con dei gestori simpatici e alla mano, ci tornerò sicuramente. Consigliatissimo.
