Description

The Ashur 163 is located in Mondello inside a private residence with 24-hour concierge, facing the sea and with a swimming pool for exclusive use; exclusive access to the sea directly from a subway a few metres from the flat. The Ashur 163 is a one-roomed apartment of 18sqm, composed of bedroom, kitchenette, desk, led tv, wardrobe, table, safe, audio system, microwave oven, gas hob, air conditioning, bathroom with shower and chromotherapy.

It is possible to park your car for a fee a few steps away from the structure in the Capo Gallo nature reserve car park (not bookable). Alternatively, public parking spaces with blue stripes are also available for a fee directly in front of the residence.

The Ashur 163 was completely renovated in May 2024. Furnished in a modern style and equipped with all necessary facilities for short periods. Double bed with memory foam mattress, double down pillows, shower with LED lights for chromotherapy, hairdryer, mirror, towel warmer and toilet.

In addition, the flat is equipped with air conditioning, a 32-inch LED smart TV, a desk with chair, a large two-door wardrobe for clothes, a refrigerator, a Nespresso coffee machine, and a microwave oven. In the flat there is a large window overlooking an internal condominium courtyard; blackout curtains for a guaranteed dark sleep.

Wi-Fi is free throughout the flat. Access to the flat is by digital keypad; the access code is provided on the day of check-in. The Ashur 163 in Mondello is located in a residence with 24-hour concierge and is on the ground floor a few steps from the concierge condominium.

The flat is located in Mondello, a seaside resort 15 minutes' drive from the centre of Palermo and for this reason it is served by the major delivery players such as (JustEat, SocialFood, Delivero, UberEat, Glovo, etc.); alternatively in the famous Piazza di Mondello there are dozens of restaurants, bars and nightclubs.

I love the sea and the sun. In addition to the Ashur 163, which is a holiday home in Mondello, I also have the White, the Zero Room & Breakfast and the White Room & Breakfast, all three of which are located adjacent to Palermo's central station. I also have an accommodation in Monreale near the Cathedral called Palazzo al Carmine.

Area seaside

The Ashur 163 is located in Mondello within a private residence facing the sea. It is also within walking distance of the Capo Gallo nature reserve, which is an oasis for nature and sea lovers. Mondello is characterised by a beautiful white sandy beach and crystal clear sea and is surrounded by several restaurants, pizzerias and nightclubs. A few steps away from Ashur 163 there is also a small tourist pier where it is possible to rent boats for excursions along the beautiful coast between Mondello, Capo Gallo and Isola delle Femmine. Opposite the entrance to the Ashur is the bus stop for the bus that runs to the centre of Palermo. There are also sharing scooters for those who want to move around independently without using a car.
