Villa Eleonora is an end-of-terrace house spread over two levels, located in a peaceful area of San Teodoro, perfect for a relaxing vacation away from traffic. The location is particularly valued for its proximity to essential services: a minimarket is about 150 meters away, while bars, a tobacco shop, and dining options can be reached on foot in just a few minutes. The local beaches are roughly a ten-minute drive away, and both the port and Olbia airport are approximately 30 kilometers distant.
The accommodation comfortably sleeps up to six guests and features a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an additional toilet. The rooms are air-conditioned and equipped with Wi-Fi. There are two televisions, one in the living room and another in the master bedroom, as well as a washing machine and the option for a crib for young children.
Outside, the villa is surrounded by a private garden of about 230 square meters for exclusive use, ideal for relaxing outdoors. Guests have access to a covered terrace, an open terrace, a balcony, and a barbecue. The villa directly adjoins the communal pool, shared with five other units, which is typically open from June to September.
The property also includes two internal parking spaces, with additional free street parking available.
