Sundom is a newly renovated studio apartment, equipped with all comforts, located in the Villanova district, one of the four historic districts of Cagliari. The location is optimal as all essential services such as restaurants, clubs, shops, markets and bus stops are just a few steps from the apartment. Furthermore, the sea is just a few kilometers away and can be easily reached by public transport.

The Sundom is located on the second floor of a building with only 3 apartments.

A flight of 30 steps leads to the front door of the studio apartment. As soon as you cross the threshold, you enter the living area: on your left you will find the kitchen, equipped with: induction hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, combined microwave oven, espresso coffee machine, toaster and kettle.

A high table will allow you to eat meals comfortably, thanks to 2 height-adjustable stools.

On your right is the bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower, bidet, toilet and sink. Hairdryer and washer dryer are the 2 appliances in this room. Set of 3 towels supplied for each guest. Now we leave the bathroom, continue on our right, go down a step, and access the sleeping area.

A king size double bed, with ultra comfort mattress, pocket springs and memory foam, 4 pillows, 2 in memory foam, and 2 softer, is ready to guarantee pleasant hours of sleep and relaxation, in front of the 55" Sony Smart TV connected to Satellite with Tivusat, and to the major streaming platforms (Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+). The sleeping area is completed by: a wardrobe with chest of drawers, 2 bedside tables and a desk with armchair, ideal as a study/smart working area.

The apartment gets light from a French door equipped with a mosquito net: let's open it and here we are on the balcony, which overlooks the internal courtyard: this allows us to have, not a great view, but a lot of silence and tranquility at night, despite the nightlife of the places that they find under the house, but on the other side of the apartment. A drying rack will allow you to dry the beach towels which are provided free of charge to Sundom guests.

Hot/cold air conditioning and WIFI fiber internet connection.

Other: vertical iron, safe, Dyson vacuum cleaner.
