Independent townhouse of 70 square meters located just 200 meters from the beautiful La Cinta beach, in an ideal position for easy access to the sea on foot, allowing guests to enjoy their vacation without the need for a car. The house is situated in a well-served area, with restaurants, supermarkets, and a riding school nearby, making it perfect for those who value comfort and accessibility to amenities.

The accommodation features well-maintained and functional spaces, including a bright living room with a newly built kitchenette and a double sofa bed. The sleeping area consists of two double bedrooms, while two bathrooms ensure convenience for families or small groups. Additionally, there is a convenient outdoor shower with hot water, particularly useful after returning from the beach.

The outdoor spaces are a significant highlight: there is a garden at both the front and back, a spacious, shaded veranda for outdoor dining and relaxation, as well as a fenced rear garden with a masonry barbecue. The property also includes a private parking space.

The house can accommodate up to 8 guests, with a maximum of 6 adults and 2 children. Amenities include a TV, washing machine, microwave, and air conditioning in the living area, available upon request for a fee of 10 euros per day.

A mandatory security deposit of 300 euros is required. Since 2021, the municipality of San Teodoro has implemented a tourist tax of 1.5 euros per day per person, capped at 7 euros per stay; children up to 12 years old are exempt. This amount will be collected upon check-in. In high season, check-in is scheduled from Saturday to Saturday, but requests for different dates can be submitted.

To keep the cost of the stay lower, bed linen is not included but can be rented for 20 euros per person, or guests may bring their own.
