Description
San-teodoro is a tourist city of the mediterranean spirit, it's a place in the sunwith charming sandy beaches and crystal clearwater, other areas of natural beauty in San-teodoro include the lagoon and Mount-Nueddu which is the ideal location for trekking, horse-riding, mountainbike lovers, diving and snorkelling.

B&B Limonti is entirely immersed in the green and peaceful nature, 5km from the centre of San-teodoro and the beach, only 25km from Olbia Airport Costa Smeralda, and harbour, We speak English, Italian and Dutch.

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

The penalty varies depending on the time of cancellation
- from time of booking to 30 days before the check-in date, no penalty is charged;
- from 29 to 7 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 25% of the total cost of the booking;
- from 6 to 1 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 50% of the total cost of the booking;
- A penalty of 50% of the entire cost of the stay is applied for failure to show or cancellation on day of arrival;

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

We really enjoyed our stay at Li Monti! This tranquility, a true oasis with everything you could wish for. We were able to stay for 9 days. Carina was very helpful and pleasantly discreet. We didn't lack anything. The room with shower was very nice and clean. We enjoyed the breakfast very much, there was a wide selection of local products and very delicious fresh bread. We highly recommend this accommodation and will gladly come back!

Definitely one of the best bed and breakfasts I have stayed at. The structure is very beautiful and well taken care of in every detail, excellent cleanliness. Mrs. Carine is very kind and super helpful. Absolutely recommended!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in Li Monti sehr genossen. Das Zimmer war sehr schön eingerichtet, gemütlich und sehr sauber inkl. Garten mit einem herrlichen Ausblick. Mit dem Frühstück waren wir sehr zufrieden: Gute Auswahl, frisch, viele regionale und Bio Produkte. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und angenehm diskret. Das B&B ist etwas abgelegen, dafür aber sehr ruhig und ausgesprochen schön. Wir würden dieses B&B jederzeit weiterempfehlen.
