Description
The structure is a new structure a few steps from La Cinta beach, one of the symbols of the north-eastern coast and of all Sardinia: a ribbon of fine and sparkling sand with an arched shape that separates a lagoon from the sea with dunes covered with ancient junipers.
The area in which it is located is an area well served thanks to the proximity of supermarkets, restaurants, bars, pharmacies, car rentals, farmhouses just 50/60 meters away..all of which are within walking distance.
The structure consists of 3 types of rooms, all with private bathrooms inside:
-a room on the ground floor with kitchenette and large garden.
- a double bedroom on the first floor
- a Quadruple room on the first floor.
the rooms are all air conditioned, 32 '' TV, fridge, linen included.
large internal and reserved parking space.

THE CAFETERIA
The morning starts early already from 6. 30 you can find staff intent in the preparation of croissants, cakes, fruit and various dishes. The Buffet will NOT be open yet (opens at 7. 00 am), but if you are an early riser you can still have a quick breakfast (Early Breakfast), based on brioche and cappuccino.
Our rich breakfast starts at 7 in the morning and is truly a strong point!
At the bar counter you can order milk: cappuccino, cap-cioc, hot chocolate, caffellatte, espresso, decaffeinated coffee, American coffee, barley coffee; or our selections of Tea (Lipton and Twinings) that vary from Earl gray to English Tea, green tea, aromatic infusions with fruit or mallow, lime, mint.
. and to meet those who have digestion problems for milk..
you can choose between different types of milk that the milkman brings us fresh every morning:
whole fresh milk partially skimmed milk Zimyl milk (high digestibility) or soy milk.
The buffet
From 7 òclock you will smell the hot croissants just out of the oven.
Delicious croissants of all tastes:
- apricot jam,
- cream,
- chocolate
- empty. all made to spoil you and your stomach.
What you will find at your disposal

Fresh fruit, fruit in syrup, three splendid and very sweet dishes of fruit in syrup such as peaches, pineapple slices and plums, which in addition to taste are an excellent natural laxative.
Yogurt, a tray full of jars of yogurt for all tastes, white included. A different tray is assorted every morning, the principle is always the same: quality and quantity.
Another demonstration of how much the B&B cares about its guests.
Cereals, 3 dispensers full of cereals (even if half the containers arrive after the first hours of breakfast),
you can choose between Muesli, Corn and Honey, Corn Flakes, cocoa balls.
Fruit juices, a machine that serves you the best juice in circulation, a concentrated juice, organic and without additives!
Nutella, and Marmellatine, small single-dose packages, inevitable in every buffet are exceptional if you spread them on hot bread.
Boiled eggs.
Sliced tray.

The check-in was punctual and precise. The girl who accompanied us was friendly, helpful, and resourceful. Excellent reserved parking and good location for all services. The only flaw is the very uncomfortable staircase to carry luggage or a stroller. Quiet area. The sea is about 700 meters away. We went to Cala Ambra with free and convenient parking, arriving early in the morning. Thank you very much, very helpful also for the period change.

Very helpful and attentive, they quickly found an alternative accommodation in a residence just steps from the sea. Very comfortable for even long stays.
