A spacious 70-square-meter apartment spread over two floors, recently renovated in a wood-industrial style and located in the heart of Cagliari's historic center, just meters from the city's historic hospital, the stunning Piazza Yenne, the castle, and its numerous nightclubs. The ideal location for a holiday in the beautiful city of Cagliari, whether with family or friends. Despite being centrally located, it's located on a quiet street.

The historic center still manages to convey those emotions of times gone by. The surrounding streets embody its essence: narrow streets resurfaced with large cobblestones blend perfectly with the fantastic churches and evocative, romantic views. Bus stops with connections throughout the city are just a few meters away. The train station and the port are about 1 km from the accommodation. Parking is limited because it's right in the historic center, but with a little patience, you can find both free and paid parking. Since it's not a restricted traffic zone, you can access the street freely.
