Il Velario, The House on the Beach, is a recently renovated loft just a short walk from Punta Nera beach, situated in a unique and picturesque location surrounded by a Mediterranean garden with direct access to the sea. Simply open the gate to reach the sand and dive into the crystal-clear waters of one of the island's most delightful areas.
The interior spaces are designed as a spacious, air-conditioned open-plan area that is bright and inviting, furnished with materials and colors selected to create a warm and relaxing atmosphere. The house features a double bedroom, a bathroom with a large shower, a kitchen equipped with appliances, and a dining area. Depending on the guests' needs, it's possible to add two children's beds or a sofa bed, with flexible arrangements to accommodate up to two adults and two children.
Large sliding glass doors seamlessly connect the interiors to the panoramic terrace, which serves as a true extension of the living area. Outside, an elegant wooden pergola with adjustable curtains provides a sheltered and intimate space for dining, reading, or simply enjoying the tranquility and light of the surrounding landscape.
The entire house, terrace, pergolas, and garden are exclusively for the guests' use. Included are private parking within the garden, bed and bath linens, utilities, and free Wi-Fi, making it ideal for long stays, remote work, and off-season relaxation.
The historic center of Carloforte, with its restaurants, bars, pizzerias, shops, and tourist services, is approximately a 5-minute drive or a 15-minute bike ride away. Additionally, a city bus stops at the beginning of the road leading to Punta Nera, making it convenient to get around without always needing a car.
