Il Bouganville

The internal context and the large garden where the rooms are located is truly wonderful, well-maintained and with really pleasant services (barbecue, swimming pool, outdoor services and shower...). The rating of 8 for the structure is determined solely by the actual condition of the rooms, which show some signs of aging both in the state of the walls and in the furnishings (especially the beds). However, none of this prevented us from staying in a very comfortable environment equipped with all the necessary comforts. The most significant aspect I would like to emphasize is the absolute availability, courtesy and dedication of the manager, who allowed us to enjoy a pleasant stay even in a serious contingent and exceptional situation that marked his last two days.

Clean and well decorated. However, in the middle of summer, you will not have access to the pool because it is constantly reserved for private birthday parties. Therefore, you will not have the pool, but instead the noise of the music and the passage of people. If you are lucky enough that the pool is finally free, you will have to pay an additional 10 euros per day per person. Basic breakfast, no eggs or bacon or toast or anything else.

The rooms are dark, there is little air circulation, and the mattress and pillows are of poor quality. The breakfast is mediocre, consisting of packaged products from discount stores. The rest of the structure, the garden and the pool, are very nice, but not usable as the property uses them for daytime and nighttime parties, even until 4 in the morning.

We stayed together with 3 other families in this B&B for the national rhythmic finals. Very beautiful structure, immersed in greenery, rooms of normal size for 4 people. Perhaps the breakfast could have been a bit more accurate, with some homemade cake or tart instead of packaged products. Overall, everything is fine.

A great place, Mrs. Pina is very kind and everything is very clean.

We stayed at 'Il Bouganville' for over 10 days. After a few days, we felt at home. The structure is well maintained, with a beautiful garden and a pool where you can enjoy the relaxation one seeks on vacation. The room we had, equipped with all comforts, overlooked the porch in the garden. In the evening, after dinner, it was pleasant to spend time sitting on a bench in the cool. Recommended to everyone.

We spent 10 wonderful days, the place is beautiful with a perfectly kept garden and then what can we say about Pina, our splendid Pina! She is the heart of the place, without her it wouldn't be the same! The breakfast is delicious, healthy and above all made with love, with the delicious cakes created by the hands of our friend. Thank you for the porceddu, the Sardinian dances and the kindness you have given us. I invite you to come to this corner of Paradise.

We spent about 10 days in this beautiful B&B, where we could appreciate the courtesy and professionalism of the extraordinary Mrs. Pina who manages the structure impeccably and with passion. Only the garden would deserve a visit, well-kept, with hammocks and fruit plants that are collected to make delicious cakes for breakfast. Excellent cleanliness and hygiene of the rooms, frequent changes of towels and sheets, comfortable room. Excellent tranquility, no noise at night, absolute peace! The center of Oristano is a few minutes by car and all the splendid beaches of Sinis are easily reachable in less than half an hour. Writing makes us already want to come back! Sara and Claudio.

We stayed for only 3 days and we would have gladly stayed longer, but our stops did not allow it. You immediately feel at home thanks to the warm and simple welcome of Mrs. Pina. The structure is a corner of paradise full of meticulously manicured and harmonious greenery immersed in silence not far from the city center. Everything is taken care of in detail. Nothing is out of place, not even the little Charlie! Excellent morning cakes and the basket of freshly picked fruit from the trees. Highly recommended. Best regards to Pina.

We spent two days in complete relaxation. A location truly beyond our expectations. When we arrived after several hours of travel, it felt like entering paradise. The legendary Mrs. Pina is fantastic, making guests feel at home. A perfect ten to this woman who manages everything excellently with a smile always on her lips. For those with children, it's the ideal place and more.

Splendid Bed and Breakfast, one of the things I liked most is the location, 200 meters from the main road but outside the city, so a silence, away from the bustle of the city (traffic and noise), being able to sleep in complete tranquility. The kindness, friendliness, and very familiar availability of Mrs. Pina, the large, splendid, and well-kept garden, surrounded by fruit trees. The super abundant breakfast with most of the products from her property, what can I say, I had a great time and probably won't miss the opportunity to go back. A thank you and a greeting to Mrs. Pina.

Crossing the gate and finding fruit trees where you can "help yourself" with the taste of the sun, relax in the patio with a view that gets lost in the infinite green, refreshing in the ground floor rooms overlooking the garden I thought it was enough to say to myself: I'll come back here! Oh no, instead! An additional confirmation was the dinner that Mrs. Pina, knowing that I had to work tonight, kindly prepared for me. A true chef with products from the garden and the flavors of the past in the huge kitchen like grandma's. And tomorrow morning I am waiting for the breakfast with pear tart! These are real treats.

It is not my first time here, unfortunately always for a few days. I came back because the Bed & Breakfast Il Bouganville is beautiful and well-kept in every detail. I can say this because for work and leisure I have been to many other establishments. But there was always some unpleasant note. Il Bouganville is a lovely place, Mrs. Pina is helpful, friendly and hospitable and does not let her guests miss anything. The breakfasts are plentiful and delicious, and it is a pleasure to savor them with such a suggestive panorama. I hope to return and stay longer. FROM 10+.

Tourists by chance. My uncle and I stumbled upon this Bed and Breakfast while looking for a place to stay, and we found ourselves in a true oasis! The sign indicating the direction to reach the house is inviting: personally handmade by Mrs. Pina. Just this would be enough to make visitors understand how much respect and dedication are put into caring for this house. But it doesn't end there! The little road to reach it is surrounded by greenery, already hinting at the atmosphere that will be found. The impact is remarkable as soon as you cross the gate of the house: peace reigns supreme, making you forget about the city! The lawn is perfectly kept, like a golf course. There are olive trees, hammocks (more than 3, a dream!), the fountain with the gush of water that creates a pleasant background, chairs and tables, the gazebo, the rocking chair, the leather sofa under the porch to savor the mild Sardinian nights, the orange curtains tied to the columns project you into a real separate world. Every detail is exquisite. And Mrs. Pina is wonderful, one of those people who keep alive the hospitality and warmth of the Sardinian people. Half of the beauty of the place is given by the house, the garden, and the atmosphere, the other half by the hospitality and cordiality of Mrs. Pina! The rooms are beautiful: paintings adorn the walls, the bathroom is kept in perfect condition, TV works perfectly. And the service Mrs. Pina provides is fantastic: the rooms are promptly tidied up with an efficiency that would make hotels envious! And the breakfasts! They make you feel like you're in a Mulino Bianco commercial: every morning the table is set, even with homemade sweets personally made by the legendary Pina! Forget those Bed and Breakfasts with the standard breakfast bought at supermarkets, with packaged snacks and cookies. In short, the only flaw this Bed and Breakfast could have is that then you don't want to leave! It is perfect in every aspect, the fundamental setting for a memorable vacation! A Bed and Breakfast to recommend to everyone!

The best Bed and Breakfast you can imagine! It is an enchanting villa with an adjacent wonderful immense garden. The rooms are cozy and tastefully furnished, the cleanliness is almost maniacal. When you leave the rooms, you find yourself in front of Il Bouganville, with a direct view of the immense garden rich in flowers, fruit trees, equipped with gazebos, different corners with tables and chairs, hammocks, and sunbeds to relax on, and the legendary Barbecue around which you can have delightful and unforgettable dinners in company! The location is strategic, you can quickly reach the center of Oristano and at the same time you are a few kilometers from the most beautiful beaches in the area (Is Arutas, Mari Ermi, San Giovanni, S'Archittu). I leave the cherry on top for last. The dear and sweet unique lady Pina! A super attentive hostess available for every guest's need, she welcomes you with open arms and accompanies you during your vacation with her cheerful and sunny presence, she pampers you with her sweetness and delights you with her rich breakfasts, starting from the cakes she makes, Sardinian pies, and sweets that she prepares herself for you to fully enjoy the taste of Sardinia! A truly special woman, more unique than rare, it's almost impossible not to get attached to her! What can I say, for us who have had the fortune to know this Bed and Breakfast and especially Pina, we can no longer do without going back, in love with Sardinia, for years our vacation must necessarily stop here! We have traveled around Sardinia a lot but this Bed and Breakfast remains unique! For what it offers, the price could indeed be higher, instead over the years it has remained almost unchanged as a testimony to the seriousness and passion with which Mrs. Pina carries out this activity! If you want to feel truly in a corner of paradise, you must pass by here!

Never before in this Bed and Breakfast have I felt "at home". This little terrestrial paradise is curated and managed by a special person who offers guests not only a beautiful home, but who knows how to make the stay truly unique, starting your day with a stratospheric breakfast (all the sweets are personally made by Mrs. Pina) and delighting the rest in super cozy and clean rooms. Thank you Pina, you have been like a mother to us, twenty days with you have flown by!

I stayed at this magnificent place for only two nights and I didn't want to leave! Magnificent and welcoming structure, Mrs. Pina was very skilled and kind, she managed to make all her guests feel at ease: I will hardly forget this B&B and the person who manages it! Highly recommended!

Absolutely to try. I went there in autumn and I think that in summer it will be a wonderful place with a huge park that is very beautiful and perfectly maintained. The breakfast is abundant but with non-homemade products. Maximum availability and kindness from Mrs. Pina who manages it. Her advice on places to eat is useful. I would return.

We stayed here for only one night but it was enough to understand how everything is taken care of in every detail. Mrs. Pina is truly an exceptional person. If only there were more managers like her. I recommend everyone to stay in this splendid oasis of peace.

The structure is suitable for both short and long stays, immersed in greenery, away from the noise of city traffic, equipped with all the necessary comforts. It is not very easy to find, but by following the directions on the website or using a navigator, you can reach it in 5 minutes from the center. Excellent quality-price ratio.

Family welcome, spacious and pleasant areas. Well maintained and managed. Simple but good homemade breakfast. Sympathy, kindness, and availability are definitely excellent elements for a choice. I will return.
