Description

Le Querce is a hermitage of peace on the hill of Baja Sardinia.

At the end of a private road you will find a core of 6 carefully restored stazzi, immersed in 3 hectares of gardens, vegetable gardens and Mediterranean scrub.

Among these you can choose:
Casa Letizia, a studio of 30sqm surrounded by its own garden, or Casa Rosa or Casa Verde, two apartments of 45-50 square meters totally independent, each with its own outdoor patio and garden. Occasionally a fourth one-room cottage becomes available. The houses are for two or three people. Minimum stay: 4 nights in low season, 6 nights in July, 10 nights in mid-August.

For 30 years Le Querce has had guests who choose this place for privacy, peace and silence. For this reason we regret not being able to accommodate children under 12, noisy young people or in groups and some pets.

Prices vary according to house, period and number of people. Contact us, it's easier. A contact before booking is always welcome. We speak English.

I will be delighted to welcome you to Le Querce. My name is Lorenza and I created this place with my husband back in the 80s. I come from Trentino and he was from Bergamo, a rough and wooded combination *_* that fell in love with granite but also with the countryside and its flora. We wanted to restore ancient stazzi and ovili that we discovered during our many pilgrimages through the countryside. That's how Le Querce was born, to welcome guests-friends: a place of absolute peace, far from the noisy world, immersed in hectares of Mediterranean scrubland and featured in several interior design and architecture magazines. Today, I'm retired, but my son and I continue to keep it alive, with its huge garden, its scents, and its spirit of retreat. You can find more information on our website, Instagram, Facebook, and blog. A small brochure in the houses tells the story of this place, recommends restaurants, places, festivals, and beaches.

We are situated in the countryside less than 1 km away from the sea, at the end of a private and unpaved road that guarantees privacy. There is a shopping center and the village of Baja Sardinia with its beaches and shops approximately 2-3 km away. Porto Cervo, with its sparkling lifestyle and high prices, is about 5-6 km away. All other beaches can be reached in just a few minutes by car. Olbia, with its port and airport, is about 25-30 km away.

Great structure, well inserted in the landscape context that Sardinia offers, with an excellent imprint in style, not superficially but with accuracy of details to savor and experience, with attention to the wonderful countryside, unfortunately sometimes replaced by the sea. Le Querce is the ideal place for those looking for peace and tranquility. The lady and her son are friendly and kind people. We spent 15 days in the green house, which was perfect for me and my girlfriend. We also met a large turtle in the garden. The place is very well-kept and clean, really worth trying.

Great friendly and helpful hosts. Cake from Mom… delicious! A few mosquitoes, but at night, a nice quiet. The place is somewhat rustic but in the middle of nature. I would rent the two larger houses together for 2 couples.

This bed and breakfast is located in a place of exceptional beauty and tranquility, immersed in nature and absolute peace. Isolated enough to be calm, but at the same time close to the sea to fully enjoy the holiday. The apartments are very beautiful, decidedly characteristic and well equipped with everything you need. The owners are kind, very helpful and present, ready to intervene for any kind of need.
