We're in Palau, a town renowned for many reasons, primarily its location, which allows for easy access to the entire northern coast of Sardinia. Palau is 35 km from Olbia, which has a modern port and airport.

Our apartments are located 50 meters from the center of Palau, in a very quiet area.

The location is perfect for every need; its central and convenient location also allows you to avoid using a car to reach the port, beaches, restaurants, or supermarkets.

In fact, you can also reach the beautiful "La Sciumara" beach on foot, just 500 meters away.

We highly recommend a boat tour of the Maddalena Archipelago, where you can visit places you'll never forget, such as the islands of Spargi, Budelli, and Santa Maria, the Pink Beach, and countless pristine bays in the most beautiful sea in the world.

Great location, 1 minute from the center of Palau. You can reach the apartment by car to unload luggage and groceries; the parking, always free, is located 150 m away on foot. Clean room, excellent details to make the stay easier; nothing is really missing. Waste disposal is the guest's responsibility (unless you want to leave the €50 deposit). Considering the not insignificant cost of the apartment, waste disposal should be covered by the property.

5 stars. 14 nights with the family at Vento Mare Apartments. We spent 14 nights with our family at Vento Mare Apartments and the experience was consistently positive. We were looking for comfortable accommodation to visit the beaches of northern Sardinia and the Maddalena archipelago, and this apartment was perfect for that. Reception and check-in. On arrival we received a very warm welcome: Mauro provided us with all the necessary information, a detailed map and practical advice on restaurants and boat trips. The first impression was of friendly yet highly professional service. Apartment. The apartment was modern, well furnished and, above all, spacious enough for us and the children. The kitchen was fully equipped (microwave, hob, dishes), so we were able to enjoy a relaxing family dinner after the days at the beach. The washing machine was particularly convenient, as was the small balcony where we often ate outdoors. The cleanliness was impeccable: you can feel the great care and attention to detail. Location. The location is ideal: the supermarket, the town centre and the port for excursions are all within easy walking distance. By car you can reach the most beautiful beaches in the area, from Porto Pollo to Capo d'Orso, in a few minutes. A great advantage is the peace and quiet: despite being close to the centre, we slept very well at night, completely undisturbed. Family experience. With the children we greatly appreciated the practical layout and the feeling of safety. Parking was never a problem: we always found a spot nearby. Our children loved having their own small apartment, much more comfortable than a hotel room. Conclusion. Our 14-night stay was excellent: a modern apartment in a strategic location and with hospitality that truly makes a difference. We highly recommend it to families looking for comfortable and well-managed accommodation to explore Palau and the Costa Smeralda.

We spent wonderful days in Palau, and choosing this apartment made our stay even better. The place was comfortable, spotless, and perfectly located in the town center. In the evenings we didn’t need the car, as all the restaurants were just a few minutes’ walk away. The port is also very close, and thanks to Mauro, the owner, we took his advice and joined a boat tour of the Maddalena Archipelago; it turned out to be fantastic. Everything was beyond our expectations, both the accommodation and the holiday in Palau. We will definitely come back!

Mauro's house is perfect! He's a fantastic host. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed: basic kitchen utensils and groceries, snacks and drinks, and bathroom supplies. He even left us a small gift and a bottle of wine; how generous! We had flexible check-in, parking right outside the apartment, and it was located about a 2-minute walk from the town center and a 5-minute walk from La Sciumara Beach in Palau. It was a great place to stay, and I highly recommend it.

My partner and I spent a few days in Mauro's apartment and it was a very pleasant experience. It is a quiet area, easy to get to and park, and the apartment is very clean, nice and well equipped, with everything needed. Mauro was also very kind and attentive, giving us recommendations for places to visit and eat. If we return next year, we will definitely stay here again.

Our stay was perfect; the accommodation exactly met my expectations. Everything was new and modern. Comfortable, clean, tidy and absolutely private. Everything was perfect, check-in and check-out were very easy thanks to the code. The apartment matches the description, it is very clean and well furnished. The location was ideal for us because it is close to everything: supermarkets, bars, restaurants, etc. It is also only 3 minutes from the port of Palau, which is very convenient for taking the ferry to La Maddalena. We selected this Bed & Breakfast in Palau for 4 days, in the middle of our 10-day Sardinia vacation trip from Alghero to Cagliari, because it was a good starting point to explore the beautiful northeastern part of the island and to make a one-day trip to Corsica, and because it had a washing machine that we needed for our long trip. The B&B is located on a quiet Via Po street leading to the church, which was a sign of going home for us, and just a few minutes' walk from everything in Palau - the main street with restaurants and supermarket or pharmacy and marina. The property looked absolutely new - it seems to have been recently renovated and had brand new air conditioners, fridge, washing machine, bathroom... The host, Mauro, lives upstairs in the same building and came to us in 5 minutes to answer any of our questions. When we had a problem with the WiFi signal, he brought us a WiFi repeater the next day - thank you, Mauro, for your very good attention! The property was thoroughly cleaned every day. I strongly recommend this B&B because of all the reasons mentioned above and will definitely try to book it again during my next trip to Sardinia.
