Description

The nespolo fiorito B&B is a new and pleasant structure where you can spend a relaxing and comfortable holiday. The B&B was opened recently and all the furniture and systems (electric, water) are new and perfectly efficient. Outside the B&B there is the private VIDEO MONITORED street where you can park your car. Bikes can be safely parked in the sheltered parking inside the courtyard. The B&B is located along the sea boardwalk that leads to the beautiful white sand beach of Marina di Orosei, just a few minutes away. It is located in a central area at a few steps from restaurants, banks, supermarkets, pharmacy, historic centre, places of public utility.

Our rooms are all equipped with all the comforts: the sea water room has a private bathroom equipped with drier, towel warmer, mini fridge, 22-inch LCD television, with land and satellite digital decoder with hotbird access.

It is a new structure, therefore we wanted to offer you many comforts.

- Breakfast to eat at the bar contracted by the hotel, located few steps from our facility;

Good structure in a central location in the town. The hostess is kind and helpful. Excellent cleanliness and very comfortable bed. The only thing that could be improved is the lighting in the room.

We are a family of 5 people: 2 adults and 3 children. We had a great time. The room was very comfortable even for us who are so numerous. Always very clean and well maintained. The bathroom is comfortable and spacious. Double glazed windows that, once closed, do not let a sound pass through. It is not exactly 'on the sea' but it is in a perfect position to reach all services (supermarket and restaurants a few steps away) or to leave Orosei to go towards the wonderful beaches of Capo Comino, Cala Liberotto, Berchida and all the others. Highly recommended.

We thank Mrs. Giusy for the pleasant stay at B&B Il Nespolo Fiorito and especially for her splendid cakes that pleasantly started our day. The structure is very well positioned compared to the sea and the center of Orosei, and even staying on the street we can assure you that it is quiet and comfortable. Next time we pass through Orosei, we will not fail to return.

We thank Mrs. Giusy for her hospitality and kindness during our stay at B&B Il Nespolo Fiorito. The rooms are new, well-furnished, and always very clean. The structure is very convenient as it is close to both the city center and the sea, and has a private parking always available. The breakfast is very abundant with excellent cappuccino and spectacular homemade cakes. We truly felt at home.

The photos do not do justice to the brand-new, cozy, clean structure with very spacious rooms. A stone's throw away from all the services and restaurants. The owner, Giusi, was immediately kind and friendly. I would definitely recommend this property.

Courtesy and hospitality are certainly not lacking! The owner Giusi and mother Maria welcomed us like family, offering us the fruits of their garden, which for us coming from the city are real delicacies! The room was spacious and welcoming, with new and modern furniture, equipped with all comforts (TV, air conditioning, fridge). Although the room overlooks the street, the soundproof windows have completely isolated the room from external noises. It is also worth noting that it was one of the few establishments open even in winter. Debora.
