The B&B and 'a house completely renovated in recent years.

Perched on a hill overlooking the sea, between Porto Cervo and Baia Sardinia.

I stayed at this property with my husband for a week in June 2023. The property is located in an ideal position to reach many beaches of the Costa Smeralda in a few minutes. It is cozy and clean, and the breakfast is excellent. Our compliments go to the hostess, Luciana, who welcomed us and made us feel at home. She is very helpful, kind, and good, and gave us many useful tips. Luciana is a unique person and we already miss the long chats looking at that stunning view.\n\nOur compliments also go to her collaborator, Valeria, who is very friendly, polite, and helpful. A wonderful stay. Luciana, the truly unique owner, made us feel at home. The somewhat isolated structure makes it even more special with a wonderful view and a characteristic pool. Not to mention the breakfast, fantastic. We can't wait to return.

Feels like home! The property appears as a large house intended for B&B use. Located on a hill, the house boasts a beautiful view of Porto Cervo and enjoys a lot of tranquility. Perfect for those who want to relax! Not only that, good breakfast with a view every morning, all together. Sweet or savory made by Luciana... very good. Luciana, the host, is a kind, extremely helpful, and super easy-going lady. Her 'assistant' is just as great. Both very attentive to the customers' needs. I recommend this property!

We had a great stay at B&B Smeralda with Luciana, who was very welcoming and provided great advice for walks in the surroundings. The breakfasts are plentiful and very good, with a beautiful view of the sea. I recommend.

We spent 9 days at B&B Smeralda and felt very comfortable. The location is very good - overlooking the sea between Baja Sardinia and Porto Cervo. The B&B is run by Luciana, a very hospitable and kind-hearted Italian. In one sentence: going to Luciana is like coming home. We were welcomed very warmly and provided with everything we needed: from good tips for beaches and restaurants to beach towels, from a large umbrella to a snack for on the go. The rooms are very clean and are cleaned every day. There are fresh towels every day and fresh bed linens regularly. The bathroom was great: quite new with a rain shower and proper water pressure, which is not a given. The breakfast is typically Italian and lovingly prepared. Every morning there was fresh cake in addition to bread/rolls. The B&B has a large rooftop terrace overlooking the sea and a small swimming pool. It is certainly very nice and contributes to well-being. We did not try the pool because we went to the sea every day. We can fully recommend this accommodation and will definitely inquire with Luciana and stay at B&B Smeralda when we visit the Costa Smeralda next time.

What can I say, the most beautiful B&B I've ever stayed in! Carefully detailed, very clean, welcoming, with a delicious breakfast and a spectacular view, solarium with whirlpool pool, relaxation guaranteed! A couple of friends asked us to recommend a B&B in Sardinia and my partner and I had no doubts: the photos do not convey the taste with which this B&B has been furnished down to the smallest details, the rooms are lovely, the veranda where breakfast is served is incredibly relaxing and the garden makes you want to stay there instead of going down to the sea and enjoy the peace under the rocky overhang that overlooks the structure. But above all, the photos cannot convey the welcome that Luciana will give you: you immediately understand that it is a hospitality that goes beyond mere professionalism, it is a true passion of hers to make you feel comfortable (and pamper you with incredible breakfasts!). We are extremely happy to recommend this B&B to our friends and on this occasion we decided to write this well-deserved review.
