If you are looking for a comfortable and family-friendly residence at affordable prices in the heart of a renowned tourist resort, come to Casa Derosas.

It is a serene and relaxed environment, traditional and simple enough to feel at home. There are only a few rooms inside the house (each with private facilities) and a relaxation room for those who want to have breakfast inside the house; outside there are two large verandas and a small garden to enjoy the cool evening.

The rooms are cleaned daily, while the complete cleaning of the room and bathroom is done within the third or fourth day of stay.

The Italian breakfast is included in the price and includes, at the customer's choice, the following foods: coffee, latte coffee, milk, tea, chocolate or fruit juice - packaged brioches, biscuits and jam, biscuits, yogurt and cereals. The service is strictly served from 8:30 am to 10:00 am.

The room entrance is available from 3:00 pm. Availability to anticipate the occupation of the rooms if it is free and clean, without any additional expenses. The exit from the room must be completed by 10:00 am.

We have one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments with a kitchen for those who request them.

Due to the Covid-19 emergency, breakfast will be provided in a bag with packaged food items.

Good location and parking always available. The room is not huge but nice and with air conditioning. The downside is the breakfast. Coffee pods, packaged croissants, jams, cheese, water, rusks, and crackers are provided on a tray left in the room. Said like this, it sounds like a lot, but it is a sad breakfast.

Very small bed and breakfast in Golfo Aranci on the outskirts, very quiet but a bit far from the center and the beach. Very small rooms without a fridge, mosquito nets, and a balcony/terrace where you can store wet beach items, but notable for the level of cleanliness and daily rearrangement. Comfortable and good-sized bathroom. Minimal breakfast, although the girl who provides the service is kind and very friendly. Overall, I would recommend it for no more than 2/3 nights.

Excellent structure as for the welcome. Very clean. Breakfast was not served due to coronavirus restrictions, but it was remedied with a take-away bag containing croissants, fruit juice, and cookies.\n\nThe only flaw was the lack of courtesy products.

I stayed in the little tavern and I must say I found it cozy and very clean. The property is located a few steps from the center of Golfo Aranci and close to the local beaches. The owner of the property is a wonderful, helpful, and courteous person. I really enjoyed my stay. I recommend it.
