About the house:
We’re happy to welcome you in our own home, close to the Cathedral, Piazza Castello and Porta Palazzo, Europe’s largest, busiest and most colorful market. Vibrisse is nestled in the Quadrilatero Romano, one of Turin’s hot spots for nightlife, and offers you a quiet and cozy retreat where you can rest after a long day about town – maybe by cuddling our kitties, the actual landlords here;)
Our triple room is equipped with a double and a single bed, located on a cozy mezzanine. We can also provide a camp bed for a child.
Your private bathroom is right out of the door, in a part of the house reserved to you.
Vibrisse looks out to a monastery's courtyard, so it is very peaceful and quiet any time of day.
About the breakfast:
We look forward to welcoming you in our kitchen for our signature breakfast and help you get a good start on your Turinese day. Homemade cakes and cookies, freshly-pressed juices, fruit and yogurts, jam, bread, butter and cereals, and of course a nice espresso shot, a latte or a cup of tea..and if you fancy something else, we’ll make sure you get it.
Our building dates back to the 17th century and sadly is not equipped with a lift or elevator. But there are only 3 floors to climb - and we even counted the steps: 72:)
Both properties are non-smoking, but you are welcome to enjoy your electronic cigarettes.
Due to the presence of our cats, we regret we can't accept other pets.

Homemade cakes, pastries and cookies, freshly-pressed fruit juices, besides the customary bread, butter and jams, yogurt, fruit and cereals, and of course a nice espresso shot, a latte or a cup of tea..and if you fancy something else, we’ll make sure you get it. This is our signature breakfast, and we can't wait for you to enjoy it as well.

Hey from Marcella
This is the spirit behind Vibrisse (The Cat's Whiskers), our one-room, three-cats bed&breakfast in the heart of our hometown Torino.
I love to get to know new people and make them feel at home. I enjoy baking for them, showing them around my city and sharing all my favourite places.
In my spare time I am a freelance copywriter, and I make one inch scale miniatures for dollshouses.
In a 5-minute walk you can get to the Egyptian Museum, the Mole Antonelliana, San Carlo Square and Carignano palace.
A very short walk leads you to the colourful magic of Porta Palazzo, Europe's largest food market.
The area is very well-served by public transport and offers an incredible selection of restaurants, bars and shops.
You can reach both Porta Nuova and Porta Susa railway stations with a 10-minute autobus ride (the nearest stop is 100 metres away). From there you can take a high-speed train to reach the EXPO in Milan in just 35 minutes.
Caselle airport can be reached by taxi or with an easy and cheap combination of autobus+train (the 11 line stops just outside Vibrisse and brings you to the Dora railway station, from which you can get to the airport in 20 minutes).
