Chalet on 2 levels plus the ground floor, for lovers of trekking, relaxation, and the whiskers of the sweet cats living in the area, located in the center of a quiet hamlet (CIACIA TABONE) and one of the most beautiful flowered areas around (it's a fraction of Borgata Favella), at about 1000 m altitude and 4 km from the Lys Pass (and the attached park) and 5 km past the center of Rubiana. The chalet can host 2-3 people (or 2 adults and a child aged 6 and up) and, due to its features, it’s suitable for people without mobility issues (for climbing stairs) or families with school-age children (not too small). There is also a small garden in front of the house (not private) for sunbathing lovers. On the 1st level, there is a living room with parquet flooring, pellet heating, a fully equipped kitchen using a gas cylinder, a dining area, a large under-stair bookshelf, and a 1. 5-place sofa bed, with an adjacent terrace that aIt overlooks the church and the mountains. On the 2nd floor, there is a large attic bedroom with a double bed, a spacious under-roof wardrobe, furnished, with parquet floors, radiator and air conditioning, 2 windows, and an internal WC/toilet. On the ground floor, with hand-painted tile floors, there is a study room with an adjoining hallway/storage area, an entrance, and a bathroom with a bathtub-shower and laundry space. The house is furnished and equipped with appliances, pots and dishes, linens, and towels. It can be accessed from a large area in front of the house, from which you can also reach a protected space on the right side for storing a gas cylinder and any bikes. Hi! I am a freelancer in the field of Training and Helping Relationships living on the hills of TORINO. I love nature and animals, and the mountains give me a magical energy wherever I go. When I saw this cabin about a year ago, I fell in love with it; it offers relaxation and proximity to places that are meaningful to me, such as Rubiana, Colle del Lys, and the Avigliana Lakes (equipped for those like me who have done water sports). It’s also convenient to the Villardora riding stables for horseback trekking. Close to Turin and many art sites and mountain tourist centers, it’s ideal for moments of relaxation, sports, and social activities. I did a makeover on the movable walls and floors: I personally painted the original furniture and the ground floor floors by hand..it was wonderful to see the transformation day by day. I am flexible and open to meeting people from other countries who bring different knowledge and cultures. I greatly appreciate order and cleanliness and, personally, I am very respectful of other people's spaces and belongings, so I hope to find people who think like me.
