Description
The B&B La Casa del Prof is located in the municipality of Calosso (province of Asti), just a few steps from the panoramic viewpoint of Crevacuore.
Situated at an altitude of 400 meters, it enjoys a favorable microclimate: less cold in winter and ventilated even on the hottest summer days.
It is an ideal place to relax and take a swim in the pool, facing the spectacle offered by the hills of Monferrato, which have become a UNESCO heritage site.
From the large terrace and the pool area, both facing south with a 180-degree view, on clear days, it is possible to admire the Alpine arc with the dominant Monviso.
The B&B consists of three rooms, two doubles "BARBERA" and "MOSCATO" and one with two single beds "GRIGNOLINO". All rooms have a private bathroom.
Guests can have breakfast in the common room with a large panoramic window or on the aforementioned terrace during the summer.
An Italian breakfast is served, included in the price of the room.
Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property, as well as workstations in the rooms and outside the structure for SMART WORKING.
NO TELEVISION IS AVAILABLE.
A convenient private parking is available free of charge.
Upon payment, a garage equipped with an alarm system is also available for the custody of bicycles or, in particular cases, a car: details and additional costs will be defined at the time of booking.
The house overlooks a large garden on the north side, available to guests.
ALTHOUGH IT DOES NOT MEET ALL THE FORMAL REQUIREMENTS REQUIRED BY LAW, THE STRUCTURE IS FREE OF ARCHITECTURAL BARRIERS FOR ACCESS TO THE LIVING AREA AND THE POOL AREA.
SMALL-MEDIUM SIZED PETS ARE ALLOWED ONLY IN THE "GRIGNOLINO" ROOM, WHICH HAS A SEPARATE ENTRANCE FROM THE MAIN ONE.
It is possible to have the part of the house used as a B&B FOR EXCLUSIVE USE: duration and costs of the stay to be agreed with the owner.
Check-in and check-out times:
· Check-in: to be agreed with the owner (indicatively 3:00 pm - 6:00 pm)
· Check-out: from 08:00 am to 10:00 am.

My husband and I stayed at La Casa del Prof for a weekend and Mr. Pier Paolo was an excellent host. Swimming pool with a stunning and super relaxing hill view, good breakfast with homemade products, and the spacious and clean room. We will definitely come back because we felt at home.
