In just a few minutes by car, you can reach the ski resorts connecting Alagna to Gressoney and Champoluc.
The rental property occupies the ground floor of the chalet and includes a private garage. The spacious garden of 800 square meters and the 700 square meter forest behind are for the exclusive use of guests, providing perfect spaces for outdoor meals under the patio, relaxing on lounge chairs, or enjoying a warm shower outside. I love the mountains, nature, spending time with my family and friends. That's why I carefully renovated an old Walser-style hut from the late 1800s, so that I could spend precious time there. Now it's time to share this experience with guests who can appreciate the uniqueness of the place.

During the summer, it's possible to engage in various river sports such as canoeing, rafting, hydrospeed, canyoning, and horseback riding at the stables in Riva Valdobbia. Mountain biking trails are also quite popular.
In winter, skiing is available in Alagna, just a 15-minute drive away, within the Monterosa ski area that includes Champoluc and Gressoney in the Aosta Valley.
