The Estate is a perfect fusion of the old and new, combining time honoured traditions with modern simplicity.
It boasts 8 double rooms and 4 mini-apartments, a wine tasting room, a restaurant a wine cellar and living room with fireplace.
The rooms are simply furnished and blend perfectly with the colours and hues of the surrounding area, creating an atmosphere of complete serenity.

The apartments can also be enlarged through communicating doors creating a two double rooms/bathrooms apartments. Complete with bathtub or shower, hair dryer, courtesy bath cosmetics, TV, air-conditioning, phone and safe.
Built on eco-sustainable principles energy is solar and geothermic.
Our restaurant Osteria del Vignaiolo offers a rural hospitality thanks to its traditional food prepared with seasonal and Km0 ingredients combined with our wines.

The breakfast buffet is the expression of our concern for our guests: Homemade bread made ??with grape must Lacrima di Morro d'Alba or Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi, sometimes with nuts or seeds, our panini al latte with butter and jams, homemade pies filled with our jams, yogurt cakes, lemon cake, apple cake, ginger cookies with hazelnuts according to seasonal products.
Fresh fruit, juice and yogurt are never lacking next to the cereals and biscottes as well as charcuterie and local cheese.
Drinks complete the offer with our tea selection, Coffee, Cappuccino, Latte Macchiato.
"Wine tasting degustation": on request we serve a tasting of our wines with meats and cheeses, homemade bread.
Dinner/Half board: from mid-June to mid-September, we serve dinner on request for our guests and for who want to try our cuisine, at our restaurant "Osteria del Vignaiolo" with à la carta or fixed menu. Do not hesitate to contact us for further information.

For us, everything began with the magical encounter with the splendid hills of Marche, upon our return from the summer vacation in 2007; the idea of getting back in the game and "changing our lives" sprouted.. and thus, our dream became "Tenuta San Marcello": an eco-sustainable farmhouse that not only provides hospitality, but also produces two native wines on the adjacent 4 hectares of the estate, the Lacrima di Morro d'Alba DOC and the Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi DOC, with respect for traditions and low environmental impact choices.

Consigliato a chi vuole riconciliarsi con la natura e riempire gli occhi di bello, fare un bagno nel verde e ocra delle colline e perdersi ad ammirare il cielo azzurro sopra un panorama infinito.
Il vecchio casale trasformato in B&B è stato ristrutturato molto bene mixando modernità e tradizione. Davvero sorprendente la cura dei dettagli! La stanza prenotata era spaziosa e confortevole; la colazione e la cena squisite. Imperdibile nuotare nella piscina con vista mozzafiato sulle colline e la visita in vigna accompagnati dal proprietario con degustazione dei vini prodotti.

Very nice B&B located in a magnificent surrounding just outside the small town of San Marcello. Massimo, Pascale (owners) and the rest of the team did their absolute best to make us feel at home. It's also possible to have dinner, including home made wine, for a good price.
We're convinced to go back and enjoy "la Marche" next year!
