Sassoferrato, ancient town, in the heart of Marche. A few minutes by car from some of the Frasassi (7 km), Genga (4 km), Fabriano (14 km), Jesi (30 km) and Ancona (50 km). But close is the green Umbria, Gualdo Tadino (25 km), Gubbio (30 km) and Assisi (45 km). Ideal and strategic point to visit far and wide both regions of Marche and Umbria and their wonderful artistic, cultural, natural and food and wine.

Hello, I booked this property to celebrate our wedding anniversary and surprise my wife. I was looking for a place that was not too far from the famous Grotte di Frasassi (9 Km) and at the same time in a quiet location. It's true that the period is one of tranquility, but we found the place cute and relaxing, the owners Rinaldo and Giuseppina very friendly and helpful especially Giuseppina very nice. We will probably come back to try the comfort of the other rooms, we stayed in the RUBINO room and we were very satisfied. Thanks to Rinaldo and Giuseppina.

A Bed and Breakfast with unique and spacious rooms. The room and the bathroom are clean. The managers are always present and friendly. The structure is well-equipped with pastimes such as billiard table and foosball table. Recommended for everyone.

Abbiamo soggiornato 5 notti. Struttura molto accogliente e pulita.
Si trova in una zona molto comoda per visitare il centro delle marche ed un poco d'Umbria.

Siamo partiti un gruppo di 8 amici avendo già la sensazione che ci saremmo trovati bene quantomeno dal punto di vista dell'ospitalità..Quando siamo arrivati le nostre aspettative sono state più che soddisfatte, dall'organizzazione, all'accoglienza, alla pulizia ed eleganza degli appartamenti, dalle piccole attenzioni come il sapone liquido per l'intimo, ai sacchetti igienici, all'arredamento ed equipaggiamento della cucina, allo champagne al brindisi della vigilia, insomma piccole e grandi cose che ci hanno fatto sentire di stare a casa, ma con più privilegi. E poi la cortesia e la carineria di Rinaldo, Maura e Luca (il nostro simpatico "Beppe Grillo" a cui abbiamo fatto fare le scale 20 volte) tutto questo resta tra i nostri più bei ricordi di questo inizio 2013! Grazie di tutto!
