The rooms are located a five-minute stroll from equipped beaches, the Lungomare Marinai d’Italia, and Corso G. Matteotti, providing an ideal spot to fully enjoy summer days filled with relaxation, walks, and city life.
The establishment features six rooms, each equipped with a private bathroom, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, a television, a minibar, a safe, a mirror, and a hairdryer. Every room is designed to ensure maximum comfort in a cozy and functional atmosphere. Free parking is available at Piazza Buenos Aires, located directly in front of the building, with unrestricted access at any time of day.
During their stay, guests can engage in excursions, bike rides, and leisurely strolls along the pedestrian promenade. The area is well-connected: the A14 motorway exit (Loreto/Porto Recanati) is about 3 km away, and the train station is less than a kilometer from the property.
Nearby, there are numerous sites of historical and cultural interest, such as the Basilica of Loreto, Recanati with its Leopardi trails and the home of Beniamino Gigli, the stunning Frasassi Caves, and the natural beauty of the Riviera del Conero. Guests can also indulge in local culinary specialties or take advantage of the shopping streets and various cultural events.
Starting from August 9, 2025, the establishment will only accept weekly stays from Saturday to Saturday, with a minimum duration of seven nights. For health reasons, pets cannot be accommodated due to the presence of staff with severe allergies.

To sleep and take a shower the place is ok. Poor fridge to cool drinks. A few steps and you are at the sea leaving the car in the parking in front of the house. The owners are hospitable.
