The Montelupone Bed & Breakfast is located in the heart of the Marche region, in the center of one of the most beautiful villages in Italy and an orange flag, overlooking the Conero Riviera and all the Marche hills, in a historic building from the 1800s.

Just 15 minutes from the sea and the mountains, Montelupone is the perfect starting point to visit the Marche region. Here you will find family hospitality in the splendid setting of a completely restored historic palace with frescoed halls.

Close to the post office and 20 meters from the main square of the village.

In the palace you will also find:
- The "Taverna dell'Artista", a restaurant specializing in Marche cuisine (meat and fish-based), rice dishes, and pizza. B&B guests receive a 10% discount on the à la carte menu.

- The "Mystery tour Montelupone", an evening or night tour/show based on historical research, with actors in costumes and video projections..through alleys, palaces, and caves of Montelupone, discovering the hidden stories of a medieval village. The tour must be booked and B&B guests receive a discount on the ticket price.

- The "Mystery challenge cave escape," a different type of escape room in caves from the 1700s, following the traces of a mysterious story that actually happened in the caves. The room must be booked and B&B guests receive a discount on the ticket price.

Breakfast is not buffet-style, but served, with our staff ready to fulfill your every request. It is a traditional Italian breakfast with homemade pastries, jams, and honey, and quality beverages. International breakfast is available upon request.

Restaurant

The Taverna dell'Artista is a restaurant - pizzeria - risotteria, located in the center of Montelupone in the beautiful setting of a historic palace from the 1800s with a garden. It is characterized by the rediscovery of ancient typical Marche and Monteluponesi recipes, especially when it comes to Montelupone artichokes, a Slow Food presidium, and the wide variety of risottos offered, which are the result of the chef's passion and collaboration with the Ferron rice mill.

During artichoke season, we create 30 different dishes with this splendid product of ours.

The establishment specializes in risottos (15 on the menu), thanks to the friendship that binds us to the rice king, Gabriele Ferron.

The B&B is inside a historic building and shares the spaces with an excellent restaurant, La Taverna degli Artisti. The rooms are all different in style and overlook one of the restaurant's dining rooms with a very particular coffered ceiling. Particularly interesting is the possibility after 10 pm of the Mystery tour, a tour through the village's streets that retraces the history of Montelupone from the Middle Ages to the present day in a mysterious tone with the participation of actors in costume that actively involve the participants in the performance. We will definitely come back.

We stayed at this Montelupone B&B, which is actually an ancient palace in the heart of Montelupone. Extremely kind owners, we felt like part of the family. Excellent cleanliness, the room in antique style equipped with an internal kitchen. We also dined at the restaurant below the B&B and ate very well, with kind and helpful waiters. The value for money is excellent. Very good breakfast with homemade cakes. The village is also beautiful, the free tour guide accompanied us to visit the ancient theater and museum of arts and crafts. We recommend it.
