Description

La Pennica is a detached house located in the countryside, secluded but very close to the city center and the sea.

The rural setting, simple and essential, make its peasant roots evident.

Privacy and courtesy are our qualities, at La Pennica you can spend pleasant moments of tranquility during your stay.

The house has two double rooms, one of which can be used as a quadruple room, two bathrooms, a comfortable lounge where you can have breakfast, but also relax and enjoy a coffee break during the day, and a spacious courtyard where you can relax, lie down and listen to the chirping of birds, immersed in the panorama of the gentle hills of Marche.

My name is Elisa, I am 45 years old and I run the B&B with the help of my partner Andrea and my mother Annamaria. Ten years ago, Andrea, my mother, and I decided to renovate my grandparents' country house to open it up to guests and tourists, and start this wonderful adventure. We have spent our best moments in this house, so it felt natural for us to try and share them with those who, like us, love the tranquility of country life.

We are located on the first Senigalliese hill, close to the hamlet of Scapezzano, but with just a 5-minute drive, you can reach the city center, beaches, shopping areas, and the city hospital. Going up along via Berardinelli, take a left turn (where there is a small sign with the inscription B&B - 294), follow the small country road until the end, and you will find us!

Very well-kept structure in a quiet location, with a garden equipped with sunbeds to relax and watch the stars. The only suggestion is to put up curtains that shield the light at all windows (the room was already lit at 5 am). Unfortunately, other guests started moving back and forth in the house causing noise from 5:30 am, but this was not the fault of the manager, who was very kind.

What can I say, the owners are friendly and very kind not only in welcoming you but also in suggesting trips in the area. The farmhouse is immersed in the greenery but with the convenience of being just a few minutes from the center of Senigallia. Abundant and genuine breakfast, comfortable rooms and furnished in a truly lovely way. I will come back.

A little paradise nestled in the hills of Senigallia, 5 minutes from the sea and 5 from the center. Great place for moments of relaxation. As soon as the owners introduce themselves, better defined later as friends, you feel at home. The rooms and common areas are super comfortable, I believe that every evening in that very comfortable bed I passed out each time! Andrea and Elisa are exceptional, attentive to every detail and every need of the guests. More than a vacation, it was an experience. I would put it in first place for everything, especially for the sense of relaxation it leaves you with. Great guys. The kindness of Elisa's mom, top. Oh, I forgot, great company of Doyle, Pachina and Titobaldo.

We landed in this oasis of peace in search of relaxation and peace, and we found exactly what we were looking for: peace, hospitality, cleanliness, and a fantastic breakfast. Our little girl fell in love, we were so comfortable that we even spent an evening outdoors chatting with ice cream and guitar. Andrea, Elisa, and Maria are very kind, attentive to understanding the needs of every guest, simply spectacular. Ideal for those looking for and appreciating places with real flavor. Conveniently located near the center of Senigallia [approximately 3 km], but the 400 meters of gravel road allow you to completely 'disconnect' to be in a new dimension. The place is very cozy and peaceful. It is surrounded by greenery but just a few minutes by car from both the city and the beach. Ideal for those who love being in the middle of nature. My friend and I stayed at La Pennica the first week of August. We found it by chance after a long search on the occasion of the Summer Jamboree. And luckily, the house is intimate and tastefully furnished, the enchanting panorama and distant enough from the chaos of the promenade. I can guarantee that after a wild night, being able to sleep a few hours in peace is essential. The structure is clean and the availability to use the house is total, but the top of the line were the owners: Elisa, Andrea and the fantastic lady Anna. They made our stay very pleasant and cared for our stay with warmth and courtesy. In the end, I will leave a terrible review so I am sure that next year there will still be a free room for me! Just kidding. Truly impeccable, I highly recommend it. Claudia.
