Within short distance of our establishment, you will find the seafront, where you can enjoy a pleasant walk and discover excellent restaurants, ice cream shops, bars, and playgrounds for children. Once you have booked your bicycles, you can ride along the cycle path that stretches for several kilometers along the coast, all the way to Civitanova Marche or Porto San Giorgio. Furthermore, the area is rich in shops selling local and artisanal products, as well as local markets where you can buy freshly caught fish. For those looking for something more exclusive, we recommend taking a tour of the outlets of the most famous shoe and fashion accessory brands, located just a few kilometers from our B&B. Alternatively, you can visit the hills of the hinterland, where you will find charming medieval villages rich in history and culture, such as the residence of Giacomo Leopardi or the Basilica of Loreto, which houses the famous Marian shrine with the black Madonna, one of the most important and visited. Wir hatten das "Casa di Diana" wegen der guten Bewertungen und der Nähe zum Meer ausgewählt. Unsere Erwartungen wurden bei Weitem übertroffen. Unser Zimmer (inklusive Bad) war sehr schön, modern eingerichtet und sauber. Die Handtücher und Bettwäsche wurden regelmäßig ausgetauscht. Diana zauberte jeden Morgen ein gutes und ausgiebiges Frühstück. Sie fragte auch immer nach unseren Wünschen und ging auf diese ein. Auch war sie für Fragen zur Umgebung, Restaurants etc. immer offen und gab viele Tipps. Das Apartment selbst befindet sich in einer Seitenstraße in unmittelbarer Nähe zu Strand und Meer. Fazit: Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt und fühlten uns die ganze Zeit über sehr wohl. Vielen lieben Dank! Siamo arrivati da estranei, siamo andati via da amici. Ci siamo trovati benissimo, oltre ogni nostra aspettativa. Diana è una persona gentilissima, premurosa, accogliente, simpatica, disponibile in tutto, non ci ha fatto mancare nulla. Letti comodissimi, climatizzatori all, avanguardia, dove con un po di buon senso non si avranno problemi. La colazione è abbondante e in base a ogni gusto ed esigenza. La struttura è situata in un posto tranquillo a 2 minuti dal mare. La pulizia è super. L'ambiente è moderno, ben strutturato, curato con amore in ogni dettaglio con materiali di alta qualità. Abbiamo trascorso una settimana rilassante e in un'atmosfera familiare. Grazie di cuore Diana, torneremo presto.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo ! Camera con balcone e bagno spaziosi, tutto accogliente e super-curato. Con cortesia, Diana ha esaurito anche il nostro desiderio particolare sulla collazione (oltre lo strudel home made). E se non bastasse, in un raggio di 200 metri si trovano 2 o 3 ristoranti, 4 bar, due pizzerie e altri piccoli negozi, tutto in una zona tranquilla, a 50 metri dal mare. Assolutamente positivo, grazie!

B&B stupendo! Camere e bagni spaziosi e moderni. Tutto estremamente pulito e curato. Colazioni buone. Ottime le torte fatte in casa dalla meravigliosa Diana il cui tocco femminile dà un valore aggiunto alla già splendida struttura. Ci siamo sentiti veramente coccolati! Diana è una vera perfezionista, una dote rara ai nostri giorni.

Un unico aggettivo "ECCEZIONALE". Struttura nuovissima, vicinissima al mare (pochi metri), arredi nuovi e funzionali, pulizia eccellente curata nei minimi particolari, gestione altamente professionale, rapporto qualità/prezzo ottima. La colazione ottima e abbondante grazie anche ai dolci, buonissimi, che vengono confezionati in casa, con ingredienti genuini, dalla fantastica Diana. In ultimo, ma non per importanza, Diana e Paolo, due bellissime persone, gentili, simpatici, sempre disponibili e presenti per qualsiasi esigenza. Hanno, senz'altro, contribuito alla buona riuscita del, seppur breve, periodo di vacanza con mia moglie. Lo posso definire, senza timore di smentita, B&B "Top di Gamma".
