The B&B Dedicated to you has been created from the renovation of an ancient historic building from the 18th century located in the center of the municipality of Montelupone, one of the most beautiful villages in Italy awarded with the Orange Flag. It is only a few kilometers away from the sea and important cities in terms of culture, art, and religion such as Recanati, Macerata, and Loreto.

The B&B Dedicated to you has a beautiful frescoed hall on the noble floor, with a small library, and adjacent to it is a terrace from which you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the Conero Riviera and the gentle hills of the Marche region.

Our Spring, Summer, and Autumn rooms have been tastefully and elegantly furnished, respecting the style of the original structure.

In the rooms, you will find air conditioning, bed linen and towels, a hairdryer, and a TV.

The Autumn room has been designed to be accessible for people with disabilities.

Furthermore, you will have the possibility to stay in our Winter apartment.

The B&B Dedicated to you has been designed to offer every customer the best they can desire from a vacation.

Good morning, what can I say, the morning is seen from the early hours and the view that our B&B offers is breathtaking.

Typical Marche breakfast with freshly made homemade pastries, gluten-free yogurt, fruit juices, and fresh seasonal fruit.

In winter, breakfasts will be served in the beautiful eighteenth-century frescoed lounge with background music and good coffee ready to explore our Marche hills.

Fascinating historical building very well renovated and excellently adapted to a welcoming and refined accommodation facility, managed in a very professional and equally friendly and familiar manner. The village is a real surprise and a small treasure to discover, fully reflected by this Bed and Breakfast, curated in every detail.

We stayed in three people. The apartment is well-kept and of excellent size with complete equipment. Excellent welcome by Carla who provided us with everything necessary and was always available for our requests. Definitely recommended for those who want to spend a peaceful vacation in these beautiful locations.

High-quality structure with a view of the hills of Recanati and tastefully furnished rooms. Mrs. Carla is very kind and particularly helpful also in giving tourist and gastronomic information. Excellent parking right under the structure. Excellent and varied breakfast with local products or made by the lady, if we are in the area we will definitely return.

Dedicated to you is a very well-kept and well-managed structure. The rooms are comfortable and very clean. The atmosphere is that of a beautiful home. From the terrace you can enjoy a beautiful view, beautiful in the evening and differently beautiful during the day.\n\nIt is a quiet place for those who want to spend moments of calm. The village is pretty and well-kept. Mrs. Carla deserves many praises. She is good at her job and of an unpretentious kindness that is felt as authentic. Traveling with the family, we felt welcomed as by an affectionate and discreet relative. And this is priceless. Many compliments!

This place is beyond amazing! The hosts really made our stay, they are super kind, generous and willing to help and give you tips, you really feel at home! The view is absolutely stunning, breakfast is awesome, great variety, and the rooms are charming, pristine and brand new. This is the perfect place to spend a quiet stay. We fell in love with this old palace of 1700's and its people. We are looking forward to come back soon!
