This 19th-century farmhouse, typical of the Marche countryside, is surrounded by a large park of centuries-old oak trees and olive groves. Its strength lies in its magical location immersed in nature, with breathtaking views of the Sibillini Mountains.
It offers 5 rooms with amenities:
- 2 "Double Rooms"
- 2 "Triple Rooms"
- 1 room with separate beds
Meticulously furnished with the simple taste of traditional country houses, it features a unique kitchen-living room where time seems to have stood still, with original Marche furniture and objects. The old stable has been transformed into a relaxation lounge for guests.
For longer stays or for those seeking more independence, two apartments are available: Alba and Tramonto. The Alba apartment has a spacious kitchen-living room, two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a small panoramic terrace. The Tramonto apartment consists of a kitchen-living room, a double bedroom, a bathroom, and a panoramic terrace. You can wake up at dawn, surrounded by the chirping of birds and watch the sunrise, following it until the spectacular sunsets.
It is located 20 minutes from Porto San Giorgio beach and 40 minutes from the Sibillini Mountains, making it a starting point for cultural, religious, and gastronomic itineraries (Fermo, Loreto, Ascoli Piceno, etc).
