Ready, set, go… Catia welcomed us with a fantastic two-flavored tart! The apartment was perfect for our needs: spacious and clean, close to both the town center and the sea. Catia provided us with bicycles to reach everything comfortably and without the stress of parking, which is particularly problematic during busy periods such as the Summer Jamboree and the week of Ferragosto. Catia is a truly wonderful person, welcoming, friendly and able to make you feel at home. We will definitely return! Sylvia and Emanuele.

Excellent structure, but we only stayed one night. Excellent welcome and cleanliness. I gave a score of 7 for breakfast only due to the absence of something savory, but Catia made us a delicious tart.

Good location and parking availability, host's kindness but lacking essential features for a pleasant stay: low ceiling, windowless bathroom, humidity everywhere with a musty smell.

Cozy place, ten minutes walk and you get to the sea and downtown. Excellent breakfast, homemade cakes by Catia a wonderful hostess and that's how we felt: at home.

Great kindness and availability of the owner of the b&b. Accurate cleaning and top breakfast! Structure close to the center that can be reached on foot in 5 minutes! Highly recommended! Easy parking for the car. Excellent value for money!

Casa Margherita is super cozy, very convenient for the sea (10 minutes walk) and for the city center (less than 10 minutes walk). Catia, the owner, is very kind and always available. Besides being an excellent teacher of fresh pastries that she prepares with her hands and brings to the guests every morning. Highly recommended.

The apartment is unique, well-kept and welcoming, cool day and night. The plus is the brand new bathrooms and the spacious spaces available. Catia is a perfect host, very kind and full of care. She gave us excellent advice on how to move around and where to eat in Senigallia.

The welcome by Mrs. Catia, in her delightful home, was absolutely friendly. The kitchen is available, where she left things prepared for a refreshment upon arrival and for breakfast, and a very welcome touch is the bicycles reserved for guests to enjoy the city in complete freedom.

Quality, courtesy, and tranquility come first. Feeling at Casa Margherita just like home. Rating 10+2, as well!

Beautiful Bed and Breakfast and very welcoming. The owner is very kind. We felt at home. The breakfast was excellent and plentiful, and the tart that Catia made for us, besides being delicious, was a really sweet thought.

The structure is in a beautiful multi-family villa immersed in the greenery of a very quiet neighborhood and in a central location, just a few minutes from both the city center and the beach. I actually parked my car in the tree-lined driveway where the structure is located and I didn't touch it anymore, both to reach the beach and, in the evening, to reach the historic center. A marvel! The welcome, already via phone for the confirmation of the reservation, is one that warms the heart. Catia, the owner, welcomed us at the gate of her beautiful house and immediately made us feel at home. We didn't feel like guests, but treated in an extremely friendly way! Extremely helpful person with extreme attention to detail. The very large, bright, well-furnished double rooms, embellished with very well-recovered vintage furniture, are equipped with a flat-screen TV. The bathroom, which is shared by the three double rooms in the apartment, is brand new, very well furnished and equipped with small but very useful comforts, like shampoo, shower gel, even plasters for small wounds! The shower, brand new and with a giant shower head, is rectangular and huge. Really a very comfortable shower! Breakfast, served in the very spacious kitchen, is complete with coffee, barley, fresh milk, fresh fruit, fruit juices of various flavors, rusks and various croissants, but the real treat is that every evening the owner makes a homemade cake or a pie made by herself the night before. All homemade and with organic products. In the evening she offered us an aperitif in the garden that the structure is equipped with, based on snacks prepared by her, chips, olives and more. All accompanied by sparkling wine from the area. In short, an accommodation that I hope everyone can try. The cost for all this is absolutely normal, as per the message on her website, even with a receipt. Surely on a next holiday in Senigallia it will be my first choice in searching for accommodation for me and my family. I highly recommend it.

Arrived late in the evening, Mrs. Catia waited for us. Maximum availability to our requests. Cleanliness, tranquility, serenity. Exactly what we were looking for. Perfect breakfast as per our personalized requests. Clean and spacious rooms, just like the bathroom. We will return as soon as we have the opportunity.
