Guests will have exclusive access to the entire property, enjoying the convenience of a country house along with the amenities of an urban residence. The town center is easily reachable on foot in just a few minutes. Upon request, beach services or midweek cleaning can be arranged. During the winter months, heating costs are calculated based on consumption. Pets are not allowed, and smoking is prohibited inside the property.
