You may cancel your booking up to 7 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, the deposit or advance payment will not be refunded

The apartment is located near to vicinity of Viale della Vittoria, in a flat area, ideal for a walk from the historic center and Piazza Cavour to the Monumento ai Caduti and the Passetto beach. The area is also characterized by a lively city life, there are shops, markets, restaurants, ice cream parlors and renowned bars and pastry shops. A few steps away is the Salesi Pediatric Hospital.
The area is served by the main city bus line that connects with the historic center and the railway station. In Piazza Cavour there are the lines that connect with the airport and with the famous localities of the region from the Conero Riviera, to Recanati, Jesi, Macerata.
Also from Piazza Cavour starts the urban line 11 which will take you on a panoramic route of the historic area of ??the city, and line 94, which in summer will take you to visit the beautiful beach of Portonovo, pearl of the Conero Riviera.
