Description
The Arts and Music bed and breakfast is located in the heart of Ancona, on Corso Garibaldi, the main street of the city, easily accessible by car but also by public transport. Furnished with style and with care and equipped with all the necessary comforts for a pleasant and relaxing stay.
We have three rooms:
- Arte room (double bed)
- Music room (double)
- Dance room (triple).
All rooms are bright, with comfortable beds, air conditioning, private or ensuite bathroom and LCD TV.
During your stay you can enjoy reading a great classic from our collection and try your hand at using our tools that will be at your disposal at the scheduled times, so as not to disturb other guests.
Why Arts and Music?
This theme and what you will find inside our structure present my family and the various arts handed down in it for generations.
Music - studied, loved by me, by my sister Erika, by my mother Tiziana, going back to my grandmother Anna.
Photography - loved with dedication by my grandfather Benedetto, a famous Ancona photographer for his whole life, from the times of the war to the present day, love and fantasy passed down to my mother Tiziana.
Painting - understood in the widest possible way that embraces all the various types of drawing have taken root in my family thanks to my father Gianfranco, a famous Salento designer and caricaturist, love, fantasy and skills handed down to my sister Arianna.
Covid-19 measures.
Our structure complies with the provisions of the "National Safe Reception Protocol" of April 27, 2020.
These measures include:
- the sanitization of the rooms each guest change, and includes in addition to linen all the accessories present in the room such as furniture, remote controls, switches, handles, keys and all surfaces that have come into contact with the previous guest;
- self check in procedure with which the guest can access the structure and his room independently without coming into contact with the staff;
- installation of hand sanitizing dispensers placed in the common areas;
- breakfast with packaged products and single-dose products that can also be consumed in your room;
- entrance and common spaces sanitation carried out twice a day.

I think it's nice to say a little bit about us.
So I make the introductions.
My name is Federico and with my wife Ilaria we have been carrying out this activity for more than 6 years.
In our life, despite our young age, we have lived in various cities: Lecce, Rome, Sofia, Terni and of course Ancona.
We love to travel, music and art.
I am graduating from the Conservatory in Piano, I have also studied Cello for a few years and for about a month I have been studying the study of drums.
(Electronic battery that for those who want to try it is located in the living room). Ilaria, on the other hand, has always been passionate about dance and its many forms.
I am an accountant while Ilaria graduated as a tourist services technician and has always worked in accommodation facilities.
Although very Italian we speak English, Spanish, Bulgarian, Romany, we know how to greet in French and count up to 20 in German..??
I know the Italian sign language (LIS) I attended a course in Rome and I also had the opportunity to work as a teacher in a course for deaf employees of the Municipality of Rome in 2012 and 2013.

Un hébergement situé en pleine ville (pas facile d'accès en voiture car quartier semi-piétonnier) mais dans un immeuble de bonne facture: chambre spacieuse, bien équipée et surtout dotée d'une excellente literie (pas si courant).
Atmosphère chaleureuse avec déco toute entière dédiée à la musique, à la danse..fruit de propriétaires (artistes ?) sans aucun doute passionnés! Ce qui confère une certaine sérénité au lieu.
Seul bémol: les (toutes petites) salles de douche à partager (2 pour 3 chambres), ce qui est un peu gênant lorsque l'on n'a plus 20 ans!
Bravo et merci à Federico pour son dévouement par mail afin de nous fournir toutes les explications et consignes requises avant notre arrivée!

Mi sono trovato ad Ancona e ho prenotato in questa struttura per suggerimento di un conoscente: mi aspettavo un bel posto, ma ho trovato piuttosto un alloggio impeccabile. Federico, uno dei due proprietari con cui sono entrato in contatto, mi ha fornito per tempo tutte le informazioni utili ed è stato sempre gentilissimo e disponibile.
L'alloggio è curatissimo in ogni dettaglio, pulito impeccabilmente e a ogni angolo comunica un clima di ospitalità (persino i divieti sono scritti con benevola ironia!) e serenità. Per quello che offre, per la posizione e per la qualità dell'arredamento, la struttura si può definire senz'altro economica, specie se comparata con i prezzi della città.
Quando mi ricapiterà di tornare ad Ancona sarà certamente il primo posto a cui mi rivolgerò per soggiornare.

Ho soggiornato 3 notti dal 14 al 17 febbraio! Ottimo servizio, ottima qualità/prezzo in pieno centro. Pulizia impeccabile, stupendo l'arredamento, un mix di musica e arte. Colazione a buffet dove non mancava nulla, davvero geniale! Ottima idea da un grande gestore di questo bel B&B, spero tantissimo di ritornarci!

Ero a Ancona per lavoro e sono capitato in questo B&B per caso, prima di tutto non mi aspettavo un prezzo così ragionevole per soggiornare nel cuore della città. Ho pensato sarà fatiscente, magari un po' sporchino e qui la seconda sorpresa, ambiente pulito confortevole e spazioso. L'atmosfera "musicale" che si respira ti mette di ottimo umore. Le persone che mi hanno accolto sono state amabili e molto disponibili. Anche la colazione è stata all'altezza, a disposizione tutto quello che serve per un ottimo risveglio mattutino. Che dire, mi è sembrato di essere a casa! Grazie per aver reso il mio lavoro più leggero e il mio soggiorno nella vostra città veramente confortevole. Sicuramente se tornerò a Ancona sarò vostro ospite nuovamente.

Ho alloggiato al B&B solo una notte in occasione di un concerto.
Posizione centralissima, ambienti pulitissimi con lenzuola profumate di bucato colazione abbondante e con vasta scelta di pane da tostare, marmellate, biscotti, latte, caffè e naturalmente colazione salata.
Accoglienza ottima, se dovessi tornare dalle parti di Ancona sarò nuovamente da voi:).
