Description
Our cozy studio is located within a traditional Lombard courtyard in Bereguardo, a town in the Ticino Park, just 10 minutes from Pavia.
The space was fully renovated between 2019 and 2020, and we decided to furnish it following the 3Rs philosophy: Recycle, Reuse, Reduce. Most of the new furniture was crafted by upcycling parts of the previous decor or by reclaiming wood discarded during the renovation.
It is situated in a quiet spot, yet it’s just a short walk from the town center and all main services.
The house is equipped with everything you need for a stay of one or more days: a kitchen complete with dishes and cookware, a 4-burner gas stove, microwave, fridge, freezer, tea kettle, toaster with a pastry warmer, TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, washing machine, and a drying rack. The bathroom features a shower, and there is parking right in front of the house.
The location is excellent for reaching the cities of Pavia, Milan, and Vigevano
