Uliveto Vacation Home is surrounded by nature and tranquility, even though it's just a stone's throw away from the center and the lake; it will welcome you with a beautiful and romantic lake view.
The Terrace apartment has two cozy double bedrooms, a bathroom, a small living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a large terrace with dining and relaxation areas, and private parking. Breakfast is not included, but there is the possibility to use the kitchen.
It is located on a single floor above a restaurant.
Originally opened in 2004 as a bed and breakfast, it has been a vacation home for a few years now. Due to family reasons, only the Terrace apartment is available.
It is approximately 400 meters away from the lake, the port for Monte Isola, and the town center. Monte Isola (continuous ferry every 15 minutes) and the ancient Valeriana road are also nearby.
Nearby attractions include Iseo, Franciacorta Outlet, the Natural Park of the Pyramids of Zone and the Torbiere Reserve, as well as the wineries of Franciacorta.

Sulzano is a small village on the shores of Lake Iseo, just five minutes by ferry from Monte Isola.
It is a nice place to relax and immerse yourself in nature, between lake and mountains.
You can make excursions to the ancient Via Valeriana, the water park of Torbiere, the reserve of the pyramids of Zone or enjoy the cuisine in the many local restaurants or visiting the famous wine-cellars of Franciacorta.

B&B con vista lago
Grande appartamento, pulito ma con un arredamento old fashion, il bel giardino d'ulivi che si affaccia sul lago d'Iseo e Monte Isola, con grande tavolo e sdraio per un momento di relax. Colazione non prevista in questa struttura, ma grande cucina ben organizzata.
La padrona di casa gentilissima é pronta ad aiutarvi.
Non lontano dal centro 5 min a piedi e dal traghetto per una gita sul lago.
Ho passato 2 gg molto piacevoli, lo consiglio vivamente.
