I attended the hotel school on Lago d'Idro and graduated in tourism sciences in Milan
In my family for over 100 years the culture of restaurant & catering (award-winning Antica Locanda Trattoria LAMARTA) and hospitality has been handed down, also for this reason, after years of CHEF spent in the kitchen, I decided to dedicate myself to NON-traditional crops and the management of our very small and genuine agritourism structures that boast naturalistic uncontaminated positions between the sky and Garda Lake
The intent is to share with those who will appreciate the beauty of truly magical places and to make sure that my children, my partner and collaborators, can live serenely in the heart of nature and at the same time close to civilization and every kind of service (both SAMMARTINE and FIOCCHINA are out of this world, but, in the center of the world)
