This apartment is exceptionally bright and located in a central area of the city, just minutes away from the airport and train station. It is situated on the fourth floor of a building on a very quiet street, as it is at the end of a cul-de-sac.
Accessible by elevator, the apartment has been completely renovated with high-end design finishes and features modern parquet flooring throughout. It consists of a living room with an open kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and two balconies for enjoying pleasant moments outdoors.
The space:
• The kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality furnishings, including a distinctive console that can be used for breakfast or as a work surface. The appliances are state-of-the-art: dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, and kettle; there are also dishes for eight people.
• In the living room, there is a relaxation area with a six-seat sofa that can be converted into a bed and a 65” TV, along with a second area featuring a very elegant table that can accommodate up to eight people, perfect for shared lunches and dinners. From this room, you can access the balcony, which has a couple of tables for outdoor breakfasts.
• Entering the sleeping area, which is completely separate from the living area, the three bedrooms are meticulously designed, all with double beds, ample natural light, and spacious wardrobes to store everything guests may need.
• The two bathrooms, one of which has a window, are equipped with modern spacious showers each with a cubicle and rain showerhead. One bathroom also includes a washing machine for guests' convenience.
• The apartment is also equipped with air conditioning, a security door, double-glazed windows for sound and thermal insulation, aluminum frames, electric shutters, and Wi-Fi accessible in all rooms.
• A welcome kit is included with towels of various sizes, blankets, pillows, sheets, and duvets, as well as coffee and water, and of course, everything needed for cooking (pots, dishes, cutlery, etc.).
• Absolutely no pets or smoking is allowed inside the apartment and on the balcony.
