Description

In an old building in Milan, you will find the B&B Milano Ripa 218, which has been completely renovated. It has three spacious, comfortable, and welcoming rooms, two of which have separate entrances. Each room can accommodate two to four people and is equipped with a private bathroom with a shower, air conditioning, LED TV, and a safe.

Breakfast can be enjoyed inside the property or at nearby bars.

The B&B is located in close proximity to the European Institute of Oncology, and it only takes 15 minutes by tram (line 24) to reach the Duomo. The city's ring roads and highway entrances are easily accessible.

We also have independent rooms with a kitchenette for 2/3 people. Available for short periods.

External area not central but reachable by tram in 25 minutes, clean structure. Too bad about the breakfast which is entirely packaged without milk or fresh bread, only coffee capsules, snack & co, all industrial.

Perfect structure, well-kept and well-served by public transport (to access the center of Milan serenely). Clean, well-kept, modern and brand new interiors. Only flaw: the lack of dedicated parking, so (especially in the evening) you have to "manage" near the location (even a few hundred meters away). However, the neighborhood is quiet (safety side). Recommended.

For work reasons, I went to Milan with a colleague. We did not have breakfast because of the apartment formula. The context is well cared for and clean, the apartment seems to have been recently renovated. Quiet area and served by public transport. Recommendation.

For our needs, excellent location well served by tram/bus. A 2-minute drive from the IEO. Very cute and spacious room. The host is very kind and helpful. I have to make one or two notes. The mattress, whose springs were a bit too noticeable, and the TV is a bit small. I would return if I needed to.

Great value for money and the kind professionalism of the owner. Cleanliness, spacious room, and comfortable bathroom. Very close to the European Institute of Oncology, which was very important for me on this occasion. Thank you.

Ho soggiornato in questo bell'hotel per terapie allo IEO e mi sono trovato benissimo 10, 15 minuti in taxi e sei allo IEO, accanto all'hotel ristorante la plancia e si mangia benissimo al giusto prezzo e fermata metro gialla sempre accanto all'hotel e in 10 minuti esatti sei on piazza del duomo, camera e ambienti pulitissimo, personale alla reception gentilissimo e colazione a buffet di tutto di più dal dolce al salato. grazie.

Nel giorno stesso della prenotazione, per un disguido è stato spostato di due giorni l'appuntamento che mia moglie aveva allo IEO, la signora del Ripa 218 è stata veramente disponibile e comprensiva a cambiarci la data e siamo tornati dopo due giorni. Per il resto è tutto ok.

Accoglienza precisa e puntuale, camera e bagno con tutto il necessario, portare da casa solo i vestiti. Anche il tram diventa solo un piccolo brontolio in sottofondo, che dopo poco neanche si sente più. Ottima la posizione, lontano dal centro frenetico della grande città ma con 10 minuti di tram si arriva in duomo. A pochi metri bar, banca, pizzeria, officina. Non ho dato 10 al rapporto qualità/prezzo perché non conosco il mercato delle grandi città, ma il "prodotto" offerto è sicuramente di qualità. Colazione ho messo "non prevista" perché non l'abbiamo fatta, ma è comunque offerta dalla struttura.

La struttura è gradevole, derivante, come mi è stato spiegato, da un vecchio magazzino e da un antico negozio di antiquariato la ristrutturazione dei quali ha valorizzato le mura, mettendo in evidenza i vecchi mattoni. Pulizia ineccepibile. Il giovane gestore gentile e disponibile. Colazione minimale, ma del tutto giustificabile dalla economicità dell'ospitalità. La fermata della linea tranviaria N. 24 che offre collegamento diretto con il centro cittadino, si trova a qualche decina di metri.

La struttura è pulita e curata, il gestore è un ragazzo molto gentile attento alle esigenze del cliente. La posizione è ben collegata con il centro della città ed è ottimale per chi deve raggiungere l'ieo. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

Struttura accogliente, calda, pulita e decorosa. Molto disponibili i proprietari, pronti a venire incontro a eventuali disagi, pronti a consigliare come muoversi per accedere ai servizi necessari a chi soggiorna. Buona la colazione. Struttura modesta ma confortevole. Pulizia accurata, personale disponibile, colazione superiore a quella di un hotel tre stelle. Posizione centro periferica, ben servita dai mezzi pubblici. L'unica mancanza è il parcheggio. In ogni caso da tenere in considerazione.

Ottima struttura, una costruzione di diversi decenni fa, ben ristrutturata, con mura spesse, perfette per consentire una stupenda temperatura umana, persino senza accendere il climatizzatore (che pure c'è), mentre fuori si patiscono temperature tropicali asfittiche. Gentili e disponibili i gestori!

Ottima struttura, posizionata bene nella zona di Milano e servita perfettamente dai mezzi pubblici che ti portano in centro. Ottima disponibilità del gestore. Unica nota non proprio positiva è la colazione che potrebbe essere più ricca (mancava il burro e i cornetti erano confezionati, sebbene ha una buona pasticceria difronte). Piccolo problema per il parcheggio delle auto. Comunque come voto complessivo un bel 8.

Ottimo B&B, nuovo e ben tenuto, comodo per noi che partecipavamo ad una fiera in zona via Mecenate. Gestori gentilissimi. Per la pulizia ci rincresce ma mettiamo un 7, perché la coperta sul letto purtroppo non aveva un buon profumo e c'era una macchia evidente, per il resto la pulizia era impeccabile!

Ho soggiornato per una notte sola in questo B&B in via ripamonti. Ottima posizione sia per chi si trova a dover andare allo IEO sia per chi vuole andare in centro. Conoscevo già la zona ma è stata una piacevole sorpresa, per la pulizia delle stanze, la tranquillità della struttura (stanze nuovissime) e soprattutto per la cortesia e il calore umano di Barbara, la proprietaria, che ringrazio ancora per la gentilezza e la piacevole conversazione.

Veramente un posto magico! Pulitissimo accogliente e molto bello. La gestione è disponibilissima e capace. In 2 minuti eravamo all'I. E. O e in 8 minuti al Duomo. Nel raggio di 20m trovi fermata bus e tram, postazione taxi 24 ore al giorno, pizzeria, bar, tabacchino, farmacia, lavanderia, supermercato aperto anche sabato e domenica fino alle 22. A 5 minuti col bus per l'ospedale I. E.O, la colazione servita ottima e abbondante. i proprietari Andrea e barbara persone stupende, disponibili e sempre pronti ad aiutarti nel caso ne avessi bisogno. lo consiglio a tutti.
