Description
This family house with a private garden, located in the “Villaggio Ambrosiano” residential area, offers a peaceful and relaxed way of life just 7 km away from downtown Milan.
There is a comfortable double-bedroom located on the first floor, next to a large bathroom fitted with double basins, shower and separate toilet areas. The bathroom includes towels and toiletries.
A second room is fitted with two single beds that can be rearranged, upon request, into one double bed.
Both rooms offer a wall-to-wall window, ceiling fan and free Wi-Fi connection.
Cleaning and fresh linen are provided upon arrival and every four days.
Breakfast includes tea, coffee, milk, cereals, croissants and varied pastries, and can be supplemented with yogurt, orange juice and fresh fruit. It is served in the dining area, or in the veranda.
The area is peaceful and quiet, with several parking spaces in front of the house.
In good weather, guests can enjoy sunbathing in the garden.
The owners speak fluent English and French; their interests range from flower arrangement and cake decoration to performing arts and stained glass work.
THE SURROUNDINGS
SEGRATE (and the Villaggio Ambrosiano) is near Linate Airport, San Raffaele Hospital, the Underground station of Lambrate Railway Station, and all can be reached by local buses 923 or 924 at a stop just 500 m away. .
The Novegro Exhibitions Park, IBM, Microsoft, 3M Buildings are also nearby.
Leisure activities: Shopping Centers, Multiplex cinemas with restaurants and fast-food, Parco Lambro to enjoy nature.
The Exposition Site of Expo Milano 2015 is a few kilometers from the center of Milan, with direct public transport links from the city, as well as to the three main Milan airports, Linate, Malpensa, and Bergamo Orio al Serio. There is also a direct train connection between Segrate and the EXPO site.
There are several restaurants within walking distance.

Immensa disponibilità e umanità dei gestori, che ci hanno fatto sentir a casa durante un soggiorno post dimissioni dalla struttura ospedaliera a pochi km di distanza.
Disponibilissimi ad introdurre in casa tutto il necessario per le cure di ossigenoterapia.

Ho soggiornato 1 notte, ma ho ricevuto tutte le attenzioni del caso.
La signora Vania mi ha fatto parcheggiare la moto nuova in maniera veramente sicura.
Ho trovati accoglienti sia la stanza che il bagno, ed ho potuto constatare l'assoluta tranquillità del posto.
È un B&B che consiglierei certamente!

Soggiorno in questo B&B per motivi lavorativi quasi ogni settimana.
Si trova in una posizione tranquilla e comoda, le camere sono sempre pulitissime e in ordine, cosi come i bagni e tutto il resto. Il punto forte di questo B&B sono la gentilezza e la simpatia della sig. Vania e del marito, è sempre un piacere tornare a trovarli, l accoglienza è ottima e sono sempre molto disponibili! È come stare in famiglia.
