Alessandra, the owner, was kind and helpful from the very beginning. She welcomed us on arrival, showed us the room, and gave us tips about activities in the area. The room is brand new and very clean. Sara, who served us breakfast, was great: the breakfast was delicious with local products. I will definitely return.

B&B located in a somewhat hidden position, but still easy to access thanks to the self check-in. New property, set in a recently renovated courtyard, with a really pleasant visual impact and attention to detail. Warm room, very clean and well soundproofed despite the proximity to the train tracks, which did not disturb sleep. Very good and plentiful breakfast, with quality products, well served and carefully organized. Overall very positive experience.
