Casa Granata are family-managed structures with a strong focus on customer care.

Our rooms are located in spacious accommodations with an elevator at Via Liguria, 26, just 150 meters away from the Humanitas clinic. Shuttle service is available at a very convenient fee to and from train stations and airports.

Casa Granata accommodation has been completely renovated, with a pleasant view of a park where the Humanitas Clinic is located.

It includes double or twin rooms with single beds.

The room entrances are autonomous and independent.

Great structure, excellent cleaning and comfortable location! The manager is very helpful and attentive to the needs of the customer. The structure is located 150 meters from Humanitas therefore very convenient for those who need to go to the hospital but it is just as much for those who are in Milan for business or tourism and want to stay in a place of true relaxation away from the chaos and smog of the city. Excellent experience, I definitely suggest it! Nearby there are several restaurants and bars.

I booked the only room with an external bathroom. It was an inconvenience for us. It was also annoying not being able to turn on the air conditioning or any other form of heating as I am very sensitive to the cold. Very basic room. The owner was helpful.

Buongiorno il bagno esterno era indicato su nostro sito quando lei ha scelto e prenotato questa camera. Per quanto riguarda il riscaldamento la temperatura é impostata in base alle direttiva imposte dalla legge ma lei ha chiesto di avere 26 gradi in camera, inoltre la temperatura esterna era di 20 gradi. Beautiful location, everything was perfect. Two steps away from pavilion no. 2 of Humanitas. The only thing is, soundproof walls would be needed, or earplug kit. I had them and solved it, actually the problem was the neighbors being too noisy. The room was warm and welcoming, the beds comfortable. Nice idea with the soap dispenser instead of the limited courtesy kit. It would also be needed in the shower. Thank you.

Ho avuto un'esperienza orribile. Si tratta di una piccola stanza in un appartamento situato al quarto piano di un palazzo. Non c'è nessuno ad accoglierti, sia al check-in che al check-out. Considerando il prezzo pagato, avrebbero potuto almeno fornire un po' di sapone. L'unica cosa che ti fanno trovare è un solo rotolo di carta igienica. Ho dovuto chiederne un altro io, considerando che sono entrata il lunedì e uscita il sabato. Ti danno un asciugamano per il bidet e uno per il viso. Nonostante ci sia una doccia, non offrono il telo doccia. Il letto è scomodissimo e sembra che il materasso abbia circa 50 anni di utilizzo. In sintesi, è stata un'esperienza orrenda e non lo consiglio per niente. Per la stessa somma, sarebbe meglio andare in hotel.

Booked for three people for one night. Room "Allegra", one double bed and one single, private bathroom and small terrace. There was everything essential and clean. I recommend changing the shower head because it's broken/worn out, replacing the missing bathroom blind, and suggest adding spare rolls of paper.\nI didn't see the owner, but we handled everything over the phone. Always kind and helpful. No breakfast is provided.

I did not expect the 4 stars. I was expecting a reading light that was not the glaring neon of the small room and at least a sample of shampoo and shower foam. Otherwise, the room did what I needed. Rested one night and off. I recommend, but with low expectations.

I was disappointed. I booked a triple room with an ensuite bathroom, but when I arrived, I found a double room, so in order to manage to sleep in three, I had to open a cot and ask the neighboring guest who had 'used my room' to give me the mattress with single bed sheets to put in my room. Embarrassing situation. The room is noisy and the crumpled sheets do not give a sense of cleanliness. I do not recommend it.

We stayed in the Amelia room, which was definitely small. The cleanliness was good, but the bed was definitely uncomfortable. There was only a light bedspread on the bed, which was not at all sufficient given the temperatures. Furthermore, the walls were not soundproof and I could hear my neighboring room snoring all night long.

I had to undergo an operation at Humanitas and Casa Granata, and it is located 100 meters from the facility, easily reachable on foot. Nearby, there are bars, restaurants, pizzerias, etc. Nothing to complain about, highly recommended.

Buongiorno rispondo alla sua recensione. Lei ha dato i seguenti voti: Voto 6 posizione: ma quasi tutti hanno messo9/10 perché siamo praticamente attaccati alla clinica Humanitas. Voto 6 pulizia: anche qui nelle altre recensioni i voti sono quasi sempre altissimi, inoltre ha scritto anche lei che la camera era pulita. Voto 2 gestore: sinceramente non capisco il perché le ho risposto immediatamente alla sua chiamata che mi chiedeva shampo e bagnoschiuma (che non sono previsti come indicato nella descrizione) nei bagni è disponibile solo il dispenser sapone e telo doccia es asciugamani ((invece lei ha scritto che mancava tutto)). Per quanto riguarda le zanzare, in ogni camera abbiamo zanzariere probabilmente le ha dimenticate aperte quindi non è imputabile alla struttura. Grazie

Terrible experience, not to be repeated at all! They take advantage of the fact that people who go there need to stay for health reasons. Dirty environments, a nightmare bathroom, non-existent service, no one was seen so no towel and sheet changes, which by the way smelled of dirt and I even found gray hairs. Among the details of the Regulation, it is expected that the bathroom linen change be done every 3 days, and the bed linen change be done every 3 days. In Italy, as a rule, the Regulation on the cleaning of guest houses provides for the mandatory daily cleaning of rooms and/or common areas. In this structure, the change of linen and room cleaning, if requested, will have an additional cost of Euro 10.00. Breakfast not included in the price, breakfast is done at the bar, but if your activity is a B&B, then you absolutely cannot do without serving it. It is just a guest house for one passing through, worthy of the worst inns of the '700s. The only positive note is the proximity to the Humanitas Clinical Institute.

Staying at the bed and breakfast Casa Granata makes you feel at home, a lot of kindness and availability from Mr. Amerigo, quiet place, very convenient for those who need to go to the Humanitas. If I were to come back to Rozzano, I would definitely stay at the bed and breakfast Casa Granata again.

The two things that, in my opinion, should be considered as negative points are: 1. The furnishing of the room, lacking character and quite dull. 2. The bathroom, outside the room, although for the exclusive use of the room. This point should be indicated at the time of booking. For the rest, there are no negative elements. Unfortunately we "slept", if you can call it that, in the company of a swarm of bed bugs. Luckily we only occupied the room for one night and we counted and killed 8 of them. More attention is needed in cleaning. The rooms are small, so very hot, and if you even open a window, you are invaded by mosquitoes and bed bugs, as mentioned. Even though I think they have actually nested inside the room, otherwise the high number of guests in just one night cannot be explained. If you have problems with these insects, you should provide fixed mosquito nets, at least to avoid suffocating without air and especially to avoid unwanted guests.

The place is clean and very pleasant, for those who need to go to the Humanitas it's perfect. It's a shame not to have found a bottle of water in the fridge, or the necessary items to take a shower (single-use shower gel and shampoo). For the rest, I would choose it again.

I chose to stay at Casa Granata for its strategic location with the Humanitas hospital. Extremely clean room, high-quality bed and sheets, and presence of services nearby; moreover, easy to reach by public transport. The staff was welcoming and helpful beyond the norm, assisting me in dealing with some logistic issues that occurred during the short stay in the area. If you are able to respect the tranquility of the other guests, I suggest the choice to anyone in need of a place to rest well and that allows you to reach the campus and the hospital in a short time even on foot.

Terrible experience. Casa Granata Humanitas structure misrepresents online a nonexistent agreement with Humanitas. I immediately moved to another structure because of the penguin noise, the air conditioning, and the swarms of mosquitoes since the balcony was always open to let the penguin's tube pass through. Even though I didn't sleep there for a single night, they withheld the entire amount for 5 nights, a total of 250 euros. The Amelia room is very small, without a small table, poor hygiene, no kindness. Just noise and mosquitoes.

What can I say, 80 euros each, a room without even the bathroom inside, without being able to use the terrace (which the neighbors used for smoking coming in and out; air conditioner unable to be turned on because the remote control was missing). No shower mat or shower curtain, just one bidet towel and one face towel. Honestly, it's convenient for the hospital and only for that.

L'appartamento è davvero vicino al policlinico Humanitas, i pregi sono l'ampiezza degli spazi all'interno dell'appartamento, unico difetto non poter utilizzare in nessun modo la cucina, cosa che ci si aspetterebbe da un B&B, per cui dover mangiare fuori aumenta i costi della permanenza. Il proprietario anche se poco presente si è dimostrato sempre gentile e disponibile.

Di un B&b ci si aspetta, come da nome.. che abbia la colazione quantomeno, altrimenti a mio avviso è solo un affittacamere. Il contesto è strategico, vicino a servizi, bar e ristoranti e soprattutto all'ospedale, motivo per cui ho scelto la struttura. Credo che dovrebbero essere più flessibili con i prezzi visto che, avendo prenotato una settimana di cui solo due giorni ad uso matrimoniale il resto singola, mi pareva la richiesta per dormire e senza bagno in camera, un po' esagerata. Proprietario gentile, appartamento pulito, però il tutto ripeto, sarebbe per ciò che offre, da rivedere.

Un appartamento molto carino, spazioso in una zona piena di verde con tutti i servizi a pochi passi. Situato in un comprensorio elegante e ben curato. Unica pecca servirebbe maggior cura nella biancheria e un televisore grande poco meno di un tablet, a parte questo un appartamento molto confortevole con un angolo cottura attrezzato e un grande balcone!

Monolocale in Milano, comodo per raggiungere l ospedale humanitas (6 minuti in autobus) poi 100 metri a piedi, tranquillo, immerso nel verde, spazioso, e pulito Nella cucina mancano scodella per caffè latte, coperchi per le pentole, cucchiaini e un tostapane sarebbe molto gradito.

Vicinissimo all’ospedale Humanitas sono davvero pochi i metri a piedi per raggiungerlo, palazzo signorile e appartamento ben curato. Nei dintorni trattorie, pizzerie, tabacchi, farmacia, pasticceria e un supermarket. Il servizio navetta dall’aeroporto è puntuale poco oneroso Ringrazio il signor Santo gentilissimo che è la memoria storica di questi luoghi.

Appartamento pulito, ben riscaldato e tranquillo in zona residenziale, vi ho soggiornato perché dovevo recarmi alla clinica Humanitas da cui dista poco più di un km. (percorribile in autobus). Nelle immediate vicinanze ci sono vari servizi tra cui supermercato, ristorante, bar, farmacia e ufficio postale. Ho parcheggiato la macchina gratuitamente e mi sono recata facilmente all'Humanitas con l'autobus che passa lì vicino. Nel complesso sono soddisfatta dell'esperienza.

Zona prevalentemente industriale ma a 2 km dall'ospedale Humanitas. Camere semplici ma pulite gestori gentilissimi e disponibilissimi a qualsiasi ora ad accompagnarmi all'ospedale, se ne avrò bisogno sicuramente ci tornerò.
