The apartment is located on Giovanni Segantini Street, in a particularly pleasant spot nestled between the Naviglio Grande and Naviglio Pavese canals, while also being surrounded by the peace of a green area. It is an ideal choice for those who want to experience the genuine atmosphere of the Navigli without sacrificing a quieter and more private setting.
The neighborhood is lively and well-equipped, with numerous shops, bars, restaurants, and venues all within easy walking distance. The Navigli are among Milan’s most iconic areas, known for their scenic canal-side walks, aperitifs, dining options, and vibrant nightlife.
Getting to the city center is straightforward: within about five minutes on foot, you can reach Via Meda, which is served by tram number 3. For those who enjoy walking, the central parts of the city are reachable with a pleasant stroll of roughly forty minutes.
