Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

The penalty varies depending on the time of cancellation
- from time of booking to 2 days before the check-in date, no penalty is charged;
- up to 1 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 20% of the total cost of the booking;
- A penalty of 20% of the entire cost of the stay is applied for failure to show or cancellation on day of arrival;

B&B OASI in located on the ancient Roman Jula Augusta road, the perfect destination for a wonderful stroll from Albenga to Alassio.
You can see roman ruins and other such archaeological remains along this road, an angle of rare beauty in Liguria and Alassio.
Oasi is a flat in a large house with terrace and garden. There is a spectacular breathtaking view on the sea, the Port of Alassio e Isola Gallinara from the bedroom windows and the large terrace were you can enjoy your breakfast.
A fully equipped kitchen (espresso, stocked refrigerator, snacks. .) TV longue, Internet and a friendly hostess will see you to your every need.
If you are looking for a quiet place to relax and enjoy nature but you want to be near the sea, Oasi is the place for you.
