Lovely villa in a fantastic location with sea views.
Situated on the hills of Moneglia, in the midst of a charming cultural and natural landscape overlooking the deep blue of the Mediterranean, Casa Tina is a typical Ligurian house.
The garden is very pleasant, featuring two pergolas: one with a hot tub, perfect for relaxation, and another with a table, ideal for outdoor dining. There is also a barbecue available.
In addition to the garden, guests can enjoy a large and exclusive parking area of about 150 square meters, located on the same level as the entrance of the house. The entire area is fenced, allowing pets to roam freely.
We also offer additional services, such as bed linen and towel sets at a price of 10 euros per person for the entire stay (upon prior request). For longer stays, additional cleaning services can be requested.
During winter, to heat the house in addition to the warm air from the air conditioners (which can be cold in summer), there is a pellet stove available at a cost of 5 euros per bag (average consumption: one bag every two days).
Hot tub: The use of the hot tub is exclusively reserved for the months of May, June, July, August, September, and until October 15th. Upon arrival, you will find a rule manual in the house.

Area seaside
The apartment is located in the Crova area, which is situated at an altitude of about 250 meters from the sea and mainly cultivated with olive groves and vineyards. To reach the apartment, you have to take a rather steep asphalt road of about 100 meters. The neighborhood is crossed by an ancient pedestrian path connected to the network of hillside trails that leads to the nearby town of Moneglia in about 30 minutes.
Getting around the area---> A bus stop is located about 200 meters from the apartment, near the Crova nucleus, which goes up and down to Moneglia several times a day. It is very easy to organize a morning descent and an evening ascent without having to move the car.
There is also the possibility to rent scooters or electric bikes by calling the OASI campsite located 1 km away. Additionally, the campsite has a small well-stocked market and bar.
