Casa Faffy

Casa Faffy is a spacious and bright apartment located in the heart of Genoa Nervi, just a short walk from the sea, the Anita Garibaldi promenade, and the famous Nervi Parks. Situated on the third floor of a historic late 19th-century building, which has ties to the fishing tradition, the apartment has been recently renovated to provide cozy, functional, and well-maintained spaces.

The layout is comfortably designed, making it suitable for families or small groups, featuring a living room with a sofa bed, a double bedroom, a room with two single beds, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, and a walk-in closet for storing luggage and personal belongings. The minimalist and contemporary decor enhances the brightness of the rooms, creating a relaxing atmosphere after a day spent by the sea, walking, and exploring the area.

The kitchen is equipped with everything needed to prepare breakfasts and meals independently, including a kettle, coffee machine, microwave, toaster, and an extendable table that can seat up to six people. Close to the entrance, there is a café, a bakery offering Genoese focaccia, shops, markets, bars, and other useful services, all within easy walking distance.

The location allows for enjoying Nervi without the need for a car: the marina, scenic seaside promenade, historic parks, and the train station are all just a few minutes away on foot. From there, it is easy to travel to the center of Genoa, Camogli, Portofino, the Cinque Terre, and other destinations along the Ligurian Riviera.

The building retains the charm of the historical architecture in the area. Although there is no air conditioning, as it is not possible to install external units on the façade, the very thick stone walls help keep the spaces cool and well-ventilated.
